I ordered contact lenses on the 24th April & today (11th May) am still waiting.
When I enquired re the delay I was told that they were not shipped until the 27th & because I selected "Standard International Courier for $19.95) they were going to take between 8-12 working days.
Well it has been 13 working days since I placed the order & 11 working days since it was shipped with still no order received.
You would think that a fee of $19.95 not to mention the additional $7-8 for handling & insurance would ensure a relatively quick turnaround time to reach your doorstep.
You are also encouraged to "check the status of your order" yet when you click on this option all it will tell you is "shipped"- useless!

Fantastic value --- best value online. Order was processed promptly and was shipped from Louisiana. MO to Cape Breton, NS in 4 days via FedEx (the week before X-Mas) WOW!!
No Surprises -- product and pricing was as promised. Saved over $130 Cdn (8 boxes of contact lenses) vs other competition.
Great service and excellent value ... will buy from them exclusively going forward!!

Ordered my lenses on 04/07/10. As of 04/26/10 I have not received my lenses. Originally I was told I would receive them in 4 to 7 days. Called customer service twice and get the same answer, "They were shipped". Almost three weeks and I am still waiting.

Ordered lenses on 6/26. Called customer service on 7/6 and was told that the lenses would not arrive until sometime after 7/15. Three weeks to get lenses???

The company filled the order correctly and promptly. However, there were two issues:
1. There was a handling charge on the order that was significant and not readily visible. Had we seen this handling charge easily, we would have selected another vendor. The handling charge was 6.5% of the order. This was not a charge instead of shipping. The charge was in addition to shipping
2. The order status on the website is not updated. We received the order 5 days ago, but the website still describes the order as "processing." It was not possible to tell where we were in the process until the order actually arrived.
