I just ordered a new game and ball pack from Jumpsport for my Alleyoop double bounce trampoline.  They told me it was purchased in Summer of 2005.  Wow!  Five and a half years.  I guess that would be right.  Time flies!  She ...

I purchased an Alleyoop Double Bed as I was told that it was the "safest" and "best quality". Well not even one year later, the padding that is above the springs tore and would not stay and place. The padding above the springs moved which made it unsafe. The netting around the Alleyoop Double bed was loose and not safe, it was not tight as I told it would be. Now it just sits in a pile in my yard, awaiting to go to the dump.

I would not buy anything from this Company. I recently had one of their dealers, Superior Play Systems, sell me an Alley OOP product (i.e Lexus of Trampolines from this Company) and then try to deliver a lower quality inferior Jumpsport product (Toyota). I was shown brochures and literature on the Alley Oop, given an invoice with the Alley Oop name on it and was told by the salesman that it was an Alley Oop product. When I questioned the salesman, I was told that it was a special dealer only package. I called the manufacturer and they agreed that it was misrepresnetation, but all they did was have the dealer give a refund.

They did nothing to deal with the misrepresentation of their product or unethical sales practices.

Depending on who you ask, a trampoline is either the greatest purchase you'll ever make for your kids, or an instrument of death and mutilation. If a child falls from a swing, she'll skin her knee. If she falls from a trampoline, she'll break her neck. ...

I bought an Alley Oop variable bounce trampoline from JumpSport. Safety was extremely important in this purchase not just for safety sake, but it lessens my liability if a child gets hurt. Also, the safety net system from Jumpsport is the only one I trust. And, as a benefit, the safety net allows more jumping room than other safety nets since the supporting poles are installed on the outside circumference of the spring covering mat (instead of on the inside.)

If you're in the market for a trampoline, I encourage you to read their website to educate yourself. Also, I have a friend who has one of the "cheaper trampolines" and she has to buy new ones every so often (she has seven children!) The frame on the Alley Oop is made of thicker steel than other brands; There is a comparison chart on the website as well. With a lifetime warranty, this is the only trampoline I will need to buy.

An extremely important point is their customer service response was excellent and they were really helpful during the installation process since I had a few questions.
