JOURNEYS ONLINE STINKS!!!!!!!!!!! its been over a week and they havnt begun processing my order, not to mention that they wont return my emails asking about the status. So now the shoes i was counting on arent coming and i am walkin in half torn apart shoes waiting for them to take their jolly time

I bought these shoes here but found out that they charge consumers MORE than the suggest retail price. I returned them and bought them at Nordstrom-for $59.90! That's $40 off!!!!
Don't buy here, huge rip off.

Overall, it was good. There were a couple things I have a suggestion on. I got about three e-mails regarding the comfirmation of my purchase and I really only need one. You should combine the receipt and the comfirmation. there was one other thing that I thought you should add. When you send a comfirmation, you should include an estimated time of arrival. This makes the customer more excited about the product, I think.

Tried to buy these online from another merchant. Was informed -four days after placing the order that order is backordered from manufacturer. Next day, order was cancelled by vendor due to no further plans to make this shoe. Searched everywhere online as daughter now frantic to get these shoes since we had already waited about a week (order orig. placed b/4 wkend). Very happy with quick shipping-shpg. costs did seem a little high,tho but other orders from different vendors also have high shipping charges.

not happy with merchant. ordered sneakers waited 2 weeks called they said had no order than they said I did. they said it had been shipped, waited 5 days called back they said product I ordered was out of stock and they were not getting any more. could of e-mailed me to let me know what was going on,instead I felt I was dicked around. Okay, first of all. I tried to order a pair of shoes from you all and for some weid reason, my order was never received. I tried to order this certain pair of shoes three times and then I just gave upad ordered them from someone else. All in all, I think you guys aren't that bad, but you need to make your ordering process easier to follow. The only reason I couldn't get my shoes was because no where during the ordering process did it ask me for a shoe size. That sucks. But good luck with the rest of your orders in the future!!

I waited for 3 weeks before calling. Apparently the shoes that I ordered were no longer available and they failed to notify me. When i called the company they said that I should have received an email stating that the shoes were no longer available however, I am still waiting for that email.
