I tried to order a watch on-line but the order would not process. I called the store and the agent processed my transaction (a watch for $199). Two weeks later it still was not shipped. I called the store and the agent said "for some reason the order did not process." He put me on hold and then after several minutes came back and said the order wasn't processed because management said they wouldn't sell the watch at the price that was listed on their website. He would only sell me the watch for $225. I complained that I ordered the watch at the price they were advertising. When i told him i was going to contact the BBB. He hung-up on me.

Don't buy from this company. They do have cheap prices on watches but you get what you pay for. I purchased a 475 dollar watch from jomashop and 30 days later the watch stopped working. Sent the watch back to jomashop for repair 8 weeks ago and they still have the watch. The watch needed a new movement and it was on back order. What type of watch needs a new movement after 30 days of use. don't trust this company with your money

Just unhappy because I'm quite sure when I placed order on top of screen all it said was extended holiday return period til Jan 15 2013. I assumed return meant for a refund, but the 15 day extension past the normal 30 day return period was only for exchanges. I just feel it was misleading and could have been worded in a way that I would have seen that right away and I did not think to click for the full return policy. I just assumed return extension meant for a refund. To me return means for refund and exchange means to exchange.

I placed an order for a gift that needed to be delivered by a certain date.
Their system failed to recognize the billing address which was correct as verified with Amex and I use for shopping online. After several phones calls they finally revealed that they need to have the primary billing address and not the alternate address that works in many other establishments.
I proceeded to provide the primary address again by phone but an incompetent representative took down the information wrong and the order was cancelled without notice. No email or call.
Customer service reps were very rude, inattentive and one even hung up on me. They would not pay express ship to have the gift arrive on time or offer compensation for their mistakes.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOMASHOP. I'll buy from Ashford instead where I've never had an issue.

I purchased a watch from Jomashop and within about 2 weeks, I noticed water inside the casing. I returned the watch, and to my surprise, they returned it back to me stating that they would not repair/ replace it. They stated that I had left the crown open while using it under water. I assured them that I had not done so, but they refused to repair/ replace it! The watch also had scratches on the metal piece around the crystal after they sent it back to me!
I am now left with a scratched up piece of junk and $130 in the hole!

I ordered a citizen BL5400 from Jomashop on 4th November 2012. Received email from them on 6th november to say it had been shipped and giving a tracking number. No way could I use this number it just did not work, possibly because I am in the UK. Tried to contact Jomashop by e-mail twice and did not receive any reply. Having read all the reviews on this site I was begining to worry and checked with paypal if I would receive my money back. Meanwhile my husband read the reviews on Amazon, which are all positive, and said delivery via Amazon would take 21 days. Sure enough it arrived on 21st November. The packaging was all original, all certificates and warranties in the box. No problems whatsoever. The watch is working having been set by Jomashop prior to shipment.
I just wonder if all these negative reviews are justified or are they just the competition trying to put Jomashop down.

we purchased Swarovski white wine glasses and they sent us red white glasses. They talked like it's my fault...Eh...on the box they put a tag to tell us it's white wine glasses... I purchased a watch for my wife for christmas. Watch didnt work right from day 1. I had pay to return the watch to be "repaired". Why does a new watch have to be repaired? They sent it back to me and it still didint work. A rude person named Solomon said i had to pay for shipping again to return it to them a second time to be repaired. Refused to refund. Would hang up on me when i trid to contact them. They have the watch and have not returned it to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in NYC and I am working with Mastercard to dispute the charge. I buy tons of things on the internet and have never had a problem with a company as bad as this. Never.This company is the nightmare you read about, BEWARE, stay away and buy from reputable shops even if it costs more $. I bought it from them becasue it was cheap... now i am paying the price.

Received watch on a Friday. Tried it on. Decided it was too big.
Called Monday to send it back. The rep said, "have you been wearing it for a couple of days?" I said "yes", meaning I had it in my possession for 2 days. He told me they recorded my call and that they would have a special machine test it to see if I had been wearing it, so if I had I should not bother sending it back and wasting the postage.
Well, the watch cost me $175, which is about 15 minutes worth of my time. I do not have a good feeling about the trustworthiness of their customer service even though they certainly appear to have the same feeling about their customers in that they feel they have to try and trick them, even if they are being honest with them. Caviat emptor.
Too funny. This was planned to be my knockaround watch.
I know I won't be buying a "real watch" from jomashop.com (watch worth over $5-10k) and I have several. I will be filtering out their advertisements from my e-mail, too.

I have ordered 5 watches from them. Gucci and Tag.. I have NEVER had a problem with any of them over the past 4 years.. I get what I want and HIGHLY reccomend them.. This compnay has horrible customer service. Tried to buy a watch for two weeks, with many problems trying to get the order to go through. I was told it was the type of computer i was using, that Apple customers have problems, after stating that i had tried from a pc, an ipad, and an apple computer. Whats left? I made six phone calls, and ech times the people there were quite rude. It appears if you are not calling them to palce an order, or with a problem that might take any time out of their busy schedule, they have no time for you. Im glad their business is so good that they dont need every customer. If you want worse than Walmart service, this is your compnay.

Jomashop sold me a counterfeit Michael Kors watch - plain and simple. And I am disgusted by their attempt to swindle me.
No doubt I am not the only one.
Thankfully my return was processed without issue (It should be noted that I withheld my accusation until I actually received my refund so that I would not have any issues.)

Horrible. Paid almost 2k for the watch. The site clear states that ships in 1-2 business days. Only after i paid for my watch I called them and was told that they are out of stock and I have to wait for 2-3 weeks for them to get this watch.

I boudght several watches from Joma shop then i ordered 2 Hurex watches. One arrived dead . I purchased it in March. I returned it for a repair as i could not return it under the time for a Dead on arrival.
I tis now nearly six months that Jomashop has been giving me lies and excuses and i still do not have a watch.
These guys couldnt tell the truth if that was the only option.
Beware cheap prices but no backup any problem you do your money.

Jomashop.com is an absolute fraud. They held over $400 of my money for a watch they never had in stock. They said they would refund the money, but if took over three months to remedy. Customer Service was caught in lie after lie, they hang up when they can't explain their past lies. I have NEVER had this type of service from ANY online seller. BY ALL MEANS, AVOID JOMASHOP.COM.

I recently purchased the Swarovski Happy Princess figuring through Jomashop, and I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a great deal, but the package arrived exactly within the time frame listed on their website, and the presentation was flawless. From the shipping box to the packaging to the item itself, everything was in immaculate condition! I ordered a watch from this company but the clasp wouldn't stay shut. I only wore it once but when I tried to return it, they wouldn't take it back. In short, they stated their policy is "once an item is taken out of the box, even if only for a few minutes, it's considered used and can no longer be returned".
This is not what their return/exchange policy states and as a mail order company, they need to do better. They also would not fix the clasp, telling me to 'take it to a mall'.
I filed a claim with the BBB and in response, the company lied and said the watch was dirty and scratched. Luckily, I was able to take pictures to counteract their claim. Like other reviews have stated, dealing with them is stressful and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have nice items, but if you have a problem with a purchase, you are on your own. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ok Here is the thing...I purchased a Gucci watch for MY GIRLFRIEND on Jan 30 and paid additional cost $18 for the 3days selected shipping since my girlfirend was staying in the U.S only for a week..However, I recieved 10 days from the order date(02/09) so my girl left the country without her present. I am very pleased with all aspects of Jomashop, they are the real deal. I was a bit apprehensive ordering a very expensive (for me, anyway) watch online. During the busy holiday season shipping was prompt, but I was a bit concerned when the watch was not functioning when I received it.
David at Jomashop's return center was very prompt with a response to my inquiry, and suggested I have the battery checked and if need be, replaced. They gave me a $25 credit to have the battery replaced. It turns out that it was just the battery. I received an unneeded return form promptly as well.
In the course of replacing the battery the jeweler authenticated the movement. Overall a 4.9! Loss of .1 points for not checking the battery before shipping, but it was ordered Christmas week, and I can understand things were hectic.

It's laughable they don't even pretend to try. Not only the watch is fake...
(1) The box is peeling(2) No warranty card can be seen (not even the un-stamped ones)(3) The print booklet has missing words, poor yellowish papers, pages printed in reverse.
