I am very pleased with the purchase of my St. Moritz M1 (Orange Roughy) Momentum watch. I've had it now for about 3 wks. & just love the watch, has been our pool (Don't dive anymore) since day one & keeps perfect time. Other than too high shipping rates, I was happy with my experiences at Joe Diver.

It was fine except for the website making it difficult to find items and then find items that are in stock. Also an item I ordered was out of stock, I agreed to leave it off the order, but in the end it was delivered anyway.

No complaints at all about Joe Diver. Talked to Lilly? about needing to switch mask colors as the first one I requested was not in stock. No big deal. Lilly was very nice and professional. My mask does not fit me well, however. In fact, it is painful! I don't blame JD for that, just a bad match I guess. I tried it on at home before the trip and it seemed ok, but in the water, it cuts into my face! The snorkel and fins are great. Any chance of switching out the mask?

Unfortunately, the USPS tracking number wasn't provided with original confirmation. No big deal but then had to contact JoeDiver to get info. Shipping arrived within the expected time frame and all other service was terrific.

The products are wonderful, but the box was badly beaten up and my order took 4 days beyond what was expected.
