I have ordered holiday flowers for many years. First they have the worst site to order anything. Second after several disappointments I had the occasion to talk with the coldest representative. Had it been a first order of one plant it would have been slightly tolerable. Being a repeat customer I expected to be treated better and not attacked. As you are aware there are many sites that sell flowers, maybe it time for me to switch my allegiance.

I buy Christmas gifts of Amaryllis bulbs in display pots every year. Always a winner!

The item purchased was a gift and looked absolutely nothing like the photo online and in the catalogue. It was an expensive item and looked like crap. I was totally embarressed to have given such a shoddy gift.

Jackson and Perkins is the only company offering nice minature Christmas trees this year. They offer a few that are really very nicely decorated, right down to having lights already strung. The company delivers during the week you select. That flexibility, especially with living plants, is very helpful.

Will always consider J & P for gifts. My Mother has been suffering with cancer for the past few years. Last year, her decorated mini Christmas tree was brought into the hospital and placed at her bedside. It brought so much cheer not only to her, but to all of the physicians and nurses working throughout the holiday. Thank you for your beautiful and creative work.

The tree came with the flocked branches in the bottom of the. Box with no instructions on how to place them .This created some issues for our parent s who are 85 and 95
