When I had to return my cartridges (the rep ordered the wrong ones), I printed out their return form and carefully wrote my new "ship to" address.  They still sent the replacement cartridges to the old address and when fedex couldn't get them back, inkgrabber blamed me and said I didn't give them the correct address and refused to send me the cartridges, and they won't give me a refund.  I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake.  I'll have to take them to small claims court.  I will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone ever again.

Bought cartridges for my HP printer. Bought color cartridges, black, and photo black. None of the cartridges worked. After spending $65.00 plus change on inkgrabber.com, I threw the cartridges away and went to Office Max and bought them there. No problems from any of them at Office Max, so it wasn't the printer. The printer cartridges from Inkgrabber were just defective.

I bought cartridges from Inkgrabber for my Epson Artisan printer.  None of them worked.  When I went to Staples to ask if they knew why, they said it's because of the computer chip on the cartridge.  Once it's empty, even if it's refilled, it still shows that it's empty.  They wouldn't refund my money.  What a waste of my hard-earned money.  I'd like to know how they get away with these business practices.

Cartridges donnt work.  After numerous emails I could not get the product to work.  Inkgrabber may promise SATISFACTION GUARANTEED  but that's only before you but.  STAY AWAY!!!!

I was trying to print a document and the black ink wasn't printing properly. I sent an email to InkGrabber on 8/24. On 8/24, they called me at home and wanted to understand the issue. Then they explained that I had ordered that ink over a year and a half. I knew it was some time and totally understood when the explained to me. The other issue was I had not printed from that printer in a long time. Not only did they take the time to explain to me that inks typically last about a year, but they decided to send me a replacement!  Talk about customer service to it's highest!  I've ordered other replacement inks from this company and have been extremely happy with the results. I'm just great to know that not only are their ink cheaper but they stand by their great customer service! Very impressive!

They sent me ink for my Lexmark printer that they said was "compatible".  The ink came with instructions on how to make it work in the printer if it was not "recognized" by the printer.  Two out of the 4 colors were not "authenticated" by the printer.  Instructions didn't work.  In my opinion, compatible ink cartridges should need no instructions on how to make them work.  They SHOULD WORK!  Two emails for help have been anything but help.  The second was just a link to the instructions enclosed in the box with the ink.  A look at the cartridges comparing them to the OEM shows slight structural differences.  My guess is that is the problem.  No amount of scratching and putting them in and out as suggested will make them work.  Find another source for your ink

TERRIBLE!!!  Their toner DESTROYED by Oki color laser printer.  They may have well just sold me a bag of sand.  The toner jammed up all the gears in the imaging drums.  When I called to explain what was going on, the person on the other end of the phone didn't have a clue.  She didn't know the difference between a toner reservoir and an imaging drum!  I got my money back for the "toner" but now I'm stuck with what was a great printer... now destroyed.  I asked them to replace the drums -- $120 worth of parts.  I sent them two very polite letters and they don't even have the courtesty to respond. Next stop, small claims court perhaps.  I have bought aftermarket toner from other companies with great success... but InkGrabber SUCKS.  Do not ruin your printer.  DO NOT BUY FROM INKGRABBER.COM

I ordered a postage meter ink cartridge.  Their website said it was "in stock."  Thirteen days later I called to ask where it was.  Per the company representative they didn't have any, but expected them from the manufacturer "any day now." 

While I had her on the phone I checked the website again.  It still said the product was "in stock."  I mentioned this to the company rep, who explained "in stock" means they get a shipment of the product every couple of weeks and fill the orders that have backed up.  I told her that from the customer's viewpoint, "in stock" means someone can pluck the product off the shelf and ship it that day.  I cancelled my order.

Can't cancel order online. Must call and since "all customer service agents are busy", you have to leave a message. Which won't be returned. Send an email asking to cancel, this is what you'll get..."I am sorry that order has already been processed and pending to be shipped. It is too late to cancel the order I do apologize.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.".  All refunds will be be minus shipping, free shipping will be minus normal shipping charges. Shop elsewhere!!

On 11-4 i ordered a T059 Combo. When i attempted to use it, it was really a T069 combo.
When i tried to return it for a refund i was told that i would have to buy the correct ink, as you would need the original item returned before getting the right part.
I am using this for a business, so i am stuck now as i don't want to be out double what i originally paid for. I feel this is unacceptable as this was not my fault. Most other reputable businesses would overnight the correct item. I guess you are not one of those.



This is a scam, stay away from Ink grabber.com,

Inkgrabber.com has one of the worst customer service teams imaginable.  Only use inkgrabber.com if you enjoy being treated poorly and like to be scammed by a bait and switch scheme.

They sent me the wrong product, but would not refund shipping ($13) to send me the right cartridges.  Additionally, the customer service department is incredibly rude and tried to say that the 1st cartridges were compatible even though they clearly did not fit my printer nor did the packaging state that they were compatible.  Conveniently, the replacement cartridges fit and listed my printer as compatible.

I purchased a Brother compatible drum unit  DR250-it never worked properly.  I've changed the cartridge, but it still is printing too light.  I finally put back the old drum (OEM) that the printer was giving me messages to replace,put in the same toner cartridge that didn't work in the compatible drum, and it prints better than the compatible drum I bought from Inkgrabber.  They have a 90 day return policy, but since I buy supplies to have on hand for when I will need them, the purchase was made more than 90 days ago.    Company won't do anything for me.  That's ove $50.00 wasted, and at least one toner cartridge started that really should have remained sealed, because it wasn't the toner, but it was the drum.

This company sells junk, out of four black cartridges two were bad and they would not replace them.  I would never shop with them again and you shouldn't either.  Quality is substandard and the service is terrible.

Ordered a Cannon A-30 toner cartridge in December 2008. It was delivered promptly but performed very poorly (dark and white lines on the copies). I returned it ($12 shipping) and received a replacement in reasonable time. The replacement produces a white line on the copies. I e-mailed them asking if the replacement was warranteed and they never answered. So much for the quality of product or money back guaranty.

Ordered a remanufactured ink cartridge. When received, cartridge was covered with ink. Once installed, quality was horrible. Prints were faded. Ordered another cartridge the same day from a different supplier to replace. Would not recommend.

It took a very long time to receive the order. There was no indication to me when I placed the order that the items were delayed from the manufacturer. I e-mail and got a personal response explaining the problem. The goods arrived consistently with theshipment information I was given in the e-mail.

I have been using inkgrabber.com for a few years. They always have the product I'm looking for in stock. The product is received promptly. I did receive a defected cartridge once. I called customer service and a new one was mailed out immediately. They even did this even though I could not provide them with an order number.

the only thing is they said they would email me when the order was shipped but I only got an email when the order was received. my package sat for about a few days before i even noticed that it was sent. but overall i'm waiting to try the ink then i will rate them again.
