Customer service is horrible. They do not care about the issues you have with their items and don't even bother to respond. Absolutely bad shopping experience with Houser Shoes!

I just received an order from HouserShoes.com and I'm extremely unhappy because it was supposed to be shipped to another address - an address I have entered on their website.  When I called, I talked to probably the nastiest customer service rep I have ever dealt with on the phone or in person.  She was not helpful and in the end, would not accept a return or send a new pair out to the correct address.  She raised her voice with me and insisted that it couldn’t possibly be the fault of HouserShoes.com.   I now have a pair of shoes that I have to reship and don’t know if it will get there in time for Christmas.  I would never purchase from this company again.  I understand companies make mistakes.  At minimum, I expect the customer service rep to be helpful and for the company to assist the customer in rectifying the situation.

The prices are great. The selection is good. I've been very happy with my purchases. I had to return a pair of shoes for my husband. I wish the shipping was free, but I realize that the prices for shoes are low. It still is worth it to purchase from HouserShoes.
