I ordered toner cartridges from them. They did not work, instead the jammed my copier. It was almost impossible to get them to answer their phone and when finally I got somebody on the phone, she was rude.
I returned the toner cartridges back to them. They received them on a Monday, promised to refund  my money the same Friday (cause Friday was the day they make the rEfunds). They did not and I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I bought a color cartridge for my HP printer. The printer gave an error code when it was installed. (I am positive the type is otherwise correct and that it is installed correctly, the old cartridge of the same number worked fine until it ran out of ink.) Further, when shaken, the cartridge rattles as if an empty ink well has a small bead of dried ink bouncing around. House of Inkjet claims they will replace it, but I still get to pay the shipping. "Cheap" is very expensive when what you get is an empty, broken cartridge.

I was lured in by House of Inkjet's low prices.  I ordered and received the product quickly, however after about 200 pages (of a 6500 copy Q7551A cartridge), black smudges started appearing on my printouts.  The smudges got steadily worse over the next 100 pages, so I contacted House of Inkjet via email requesting a replacement.  I waited just over a week for a response, then sent a more agressive email.  After a few more days, a representative responded and agreed to ship out a replacement.  The replacement worked fine at first, but then after a few hundred printouts, it started printing out black smudges.  I run a business, and was trying to save a buck or two, but I will never use House of Inkjet again.  I would rather pay full price ($130) and get 6,500 professional, smudge-free printouts, than pay $40 and get 200 printouts.  WASTE OF MONEY.  FRUSTRATING.

stay away from this business, they did not refund a box of defective toner cartridges they sent us and then gave us the run around despite multiple emails, we are going to sue them out of principal for wasting our time and expect compensation for that, its seems to be a scam operation.

I ordered a toner for my 1994 Apple LaserWriter printer, a great printer but one for which there are no current toners being manufactured. The first toner I received was defective and when I wrote to House of Inkjet, I got a super-fast response from Eddie, who apologized and offered to just send me another one, without bothering me to return the first one, even. He did. It also was no good, even though it clearly was brand-new, Apple original. (It no doubt had been sitting on a shelf for too long, as these have not been manufactured for years.) Eddie tried again and again for me. In total, he sent me 5 toners! In the end, none worked and he sent me a refund upon my request. 
So, although I did not get the toner I needed, I got amazing customer service above and beyond. I really appreciated that and I will definitely order from House of Inkjet  – for my next printer!

We are very unsatisfied with the products we ordered. We had purchased three toners from this company. When we replaced our old toner with the toners that we ordered from this company, the page printed with poor quality (missing lines, etc.). We tried calling the company during your business hours, no one answered and the message line was full.

I've been happy with HouseOfInkjet.com and their products. I ordered one non-oem cartridge from them so I could see how it worked before ordering more. I was impressed enough that after using the product, I placed another order for three more. I did notice that when comparing the cartridge with an OEM cartridge, the houseofinkjet cartridge ran out of ink and became unusable at a lower sheet count than the HP oem cartridge. But the houseofinkjet product was less than half the cost of the HP brand cartridge. The only change that I would like to see would be the quality improve in that aspect, but overall I have been very pleased with the product and especially with the company. The ordering process went smooth and the shipping was very prompt. Congratulations for a job well done.

I was skeptical when I found the price for recycled ink toner cartridges at HouseofInkJet to be a fraction of what I'd been paying. I ordered one to see how it went, then ordered 4 at a time which qualified me for free shipping plus an additional gift - the LED flashlight is the best one I've ever had! (BTW, that order of 4 still cost less than 1 new cartridge and half the price of other recycled cartidges.)

The toner cartridge I received did not work. I was desperate for a toner cartridge, as this is for the church copier. I asked that a new one be sent to me as soon as possible. It was sent out that same day and I received it on time. I have returned the defective toner cartridge. It was dropped in the mail on Friday. Thank you.!
