What an awesome company! I've ordered chemicals and minor parts from Hottubworks.com and have always been pleased. I was a little hesitant to order my replacement cover online, but the price was worth the chance so I went for it.  I am not sorry!  My cover fits perfectly, looks great, and appears to be better made than the original from Sundance Spas. Delivery was smooth.

I ordered a spa cover from Hot Tub Works. It took them no time at all to bill my credit card. It took them 19 days to ship my order. About 30 days after the order, I've still not received it. I received one email to let me know the cover was shipped out on the 19th (unknown shipper). I've had no other follow up contacts from the Hot Tub Works or shipping company involving my order. I was not given a tracking number. I called Hot Tub Works 800-770-0292 and could not get an answer (hold for 30 minutes).

Hot Tub Works has been spamming my email with no stop poromotions sales.

Had a warranty problem with a spa cover, received terrible service and they ultimately refused to help me. I had been a customer for over 3 years. I guess it's time to shop elsewhere!

I was very concerned about ordering a hot tub cover from Hot Tub Works after reading some mixed reviews.  I ended up ordering the cover from them anyway.  It took them longer then was promised but it was because of quality control issues and they had to remake the cover so that it would be to their standards.  When I called them to inquire about what was taking so long and told them that I was concerned that the bad reviews were right,  they assured me that I would receive the cover AND gave me a $50 store credit as an apology for the delay.  It took 6 weeks to get a cover that was VERY WELL DONE and fits perfectly.  

In the past, I have ordered spa chemicals from them and found their prices to be below the going rate.  I would use them again and am very happy with how things turned out.

These guys rock.  The availability of the products and their fast delivery makes me come back to them, even their prices are lower than others out there.  Thank you!!

I don't usually buy online, I guess I'm old fashion if you will. I have been looking for a cover for my spa locally but couldn't find one that would match the color of my spa or at the right price.  A friend recommended me hot tub works, so I decide to check them out online, I noticed how easy their site was to use and when I looked at the cover they had the color I wanted and the price was decent, so I ended up buying from them and I can say it was a wise choice.
