Website is good and I have always gotten excellent delivery service -

NOT HAPPY, ORDER ON MAY 24, 2013 and have not received the order.

Herb's Pro has always been excellent, both in the quality of its website and the promptness of the deliveries. This time, though, I have not received the order yet. This survey arrived first. I've rated the merchant "good" based on past performance.

The first time I ordered it I tried to confirm the label contents but was told that it was an old label and it did not contain the Item I inquired about. I accepted that and used the product. The order I recently received had the same label and when I called they told me that all supplements have that ingredient, which is a lie as I get products from different suppliers that DO NOT have it in their supplements.

Very satisfied.

ive visited quite a few health sites and herbspro is the best one i deal with.the site is very user freindly and i LOVE their selections of products!!!

I received my product the day after I ordered it, that was super fast.

I placed order on 4-12, it is 5-3 & still have not received order...no customer service on weekends, website was down Sat. & Sun.,so I could not track my order...I've ordered from Herbspro many many times, love the selection & prices, but they are SLOW to ship, I usually get my products from other companies within a week

It took long time to tell me you can't get the product from the manufacture. Moreover, there is no reason and no expect date for shipping.

Everything was very professional. The order arrived in perfect comdition and on time.!

Merchant did call me and checked to see if I was the one who ordered. At this point I thought that the order was going out. It did not go out until the following week missing the person who was supposed to bring it on an international flight.

Good quality of products, lower price than other website. Delivery is a little bit slower but it is not that urgent problem.

Not that good , order was not sent on time

Quick, accurate and simple to order what I wanted-

product has not arrived,too long to wait ,no tracking, no information,charges for bond slapped on and could not delete had to file claim for refund now waiting for credit of all online business this was the worst experienced may have to notify credit card company and put charges in dispute if product does not arrive do not trust this company

I would shop here again only because they called me and made the order correct. After I had called the first time and the person who answered the phone, had limited english skills got the problem with my order wrong, thus the replacement was incorrect. This has been the first time my orders from Herbs Pro was with any difficulty, so I am willing to try again.

I would have to say that this was the first time that I had a significant delay in my order and was not pleased with the overall experience.

It was obvious from the start that the merchant either didn't have access to inventory or the ability to ship in a timley basis...either way, their 5-7% price advantage (at least that was what I found when looking at several sites selling the same products) was not enough to overcome their poor performance. I'm done....I'll try someone else nextime, even if I pay another $5-$7 on the order. At least I don't have to worry about it for a week.

The ordering part was fairly easy. Tracking the order didn't go very well until the last few days. I'm not sure if that was the fault of Fed Ex or Herbspro. The main problem is that this is now the tenth day since I ordered the product. Hopefully it will arrive today. That is slow service. Two things would speed it up. One is that it should be able to get shipped more quickly. A lot of companies ship the same day they receive the order. Two, I'm sure that handing off to the Post Office causes delays. I haven't seen that work efficiently yet.

Finally received product, but took 15 days even though it was sent via FedEx. Should of taken 10 days max.

Hi, This is my Second time to Purchase online on Herbspro.com,,I Am really disappointed when I got the Goods,,as one of the Bottle has broken,,the Packing quality is really bad.Also there Shipping rates are higher then other online merchants. Thanks , Nouman

Everything was fine except the communication with the costumer service wasn´t that good this time, some of the items I have ordered were out of stock even though on the website they seem to be on stock that´s why I have picked them up. When I was asked to replace the unavailable items, I did it right away, but the next day I got an email telling me that my order has been already shipped so...that wasn´t nice at all.....in general My experience with this website wasn´t bad.
