I found a good variety of merchandise at good prices. The quality was very good and I was overall very pleased.

Pendant took longer to arrive than promised. I was not impressed with the quality once it was received and did think about returning it but by this time I was forced to keep it as it was intended as a gift. Pendant was much smaller than the ad would have lead you to believe it to be. For the size though it was a nice piece. Just disappointed with the overall experience.

I called customer service to return the clips they did work on pandora bracklet she gave the # to put on return items she never said insure them so I just mailed them and now I am out $50.00

I found a neckless at heavenlytreasures.com, and ordered it.  I then spoke to customer service and was told delivery would be in 5-7 days.

however, 4 days later, the item still had not shipped. 

I spoke to customer service agian, and was now told it would arrive at heavenlytreasures in 7 days.  deliver would be another 5-7 days

I asked for next day shippment, since they promised me delivery, no dice.  they cancelled my order.  (I found it on ebay for less).

After some very disappointing experiences with some other places, we ordered a ring from Heavenly Treasures to use as my wedding ring. We received great customer service from these folks. They e-mailed us to let us know there was a problem with the shipping address we gave them, they helped us straighten that out, and they double checked that the ring was in stock before I got off the phone with them, so that I would know exactly when it would arrive. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and sweet. When the ring did arrive (on time!), it was exactly as pictured and described on their website, was nicely packaged, and I am extremely happy with it.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. I ordered a ring 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. They didn't tell me it was backordered until 2 days after placing my online order, and at that time I was told it would ship in 2 weeks or less--needless to say, it didn't come. I called and was told 7-10 more days, OK--so I waited 14 days and called AGAIN, only to be told it would probably be another week! Mind you, had I not contacted them regarding the status, I would not have known any of this! Very poor customer service attitude--basically just "Oh well, when we get it in, we'll ship it". Will never shop there again!
