I ordered phone cases (5) on May 2nd and received them on May 8th. All were exactly what I ordered and perfect condition. I would order from them again. My experience was not at all tained as other reviews.

I ordered a case for my iphone 4s on sept 29. It finally showed up today, October 11. I feel fortunate after reading the reviews here. I e-mailed and called about when it would get here and they just kept sending me bogus tracking numbers and appoligizing for how lousy they are. You really do get what you pay for here so STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH... STAY FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!

I placed an order on the 29th of October.  Today is the 16th of November and I have not received a thing. I have called and talked to a young lady who told me to call back because I had to "wait a reasonable amount of time".  I live in California, just 2 hrs away from the shipping location.  How much longer am I supposed to wait???  This is ridiculous.  I will never order from them again.  I want my money back!!!

I recently purchased 2 cases for my iPhone from this company and one of the cases was broken so I sent it back for an exchange. It's going on 3 weeks now and I have not been sent a replacement. I have sent multiple emails and no response. Their customer service phone is left off the hook, so I constantly get a busy signal. There prices are good, but they don't give crap about their customers.

I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and with whomever else I can. They are lucky to have customers nowadays when all the businesses are closing down. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. In the end you get what you pay for. I'm still waiting for my replacement case HDAccessory!

Very Bad! Delivery was expected in 5 days. It's been 10 days but I haven't received the item yet. Tracking information says that it is being sent from SANTA ANA on 22nd of Jan. I am moving out of country in a day & would not be able to receive the item. When I call their customer service, the person who receives call is RUDE & he disconnects the call as soon as he knows that it's me. Please avoid buying stuff from this site.

This is the worst experience I have had with buying anything online.  My credit card was charged but I never received the items.  I am unable to contact anyone as the phone number on the website just rings and rings or is busy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RIP OFF!!

I would stay away from HDAccessory.com. I order a "deluxe" ipod to rca stereo cable. One channel didn't work, right out of the package. They refused to guarantee/replace it because it was manufactured by a "third party"???

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Do not order from this outfit. Operators do not respond to emails regarding product shipment, the posted phone number is inoperable, the replacement phone number ONLY rings busy. They apparently take your money and deliver nothing.
