I had to have a taylormade iron set built to custom specs and great golf deals did a great job coordinating this. I called their toll free number and spoke with mike and gave him the custom specs i needed. He told me the work would be done by taylormade and when completed it would be drop-shipped to me. I received the clubs in less than 2 weeks and i love them. thanks ggd!

He took my custom specs and they ordered the set directly from the manufacturer who did the customization at no extra charge. I received the set in less than 2 weeks as promised. I am very satisfied with the experience at great golf deals and will shop there again.

I ordered a sun umbrella, & a holder to attach it to my cart. The holder arrived promptly. The sun Umbrella has not yet arrived. After 2 weeks I sent an inquiry and received a msg back saying they would look into it. That was 5 days ago, April. After the holder arrived is showed that an additional piece called an Accessory Station was needed for an additional $19.99. So I ordered this, and at my request, the additional shipping cost was waived, and I did receive the Accessory Station on May 1. I am still waiting for the umbrella.

I will shop with them again IF the Ladies Cleveland driver arrives in time for Christmas. The website given for tracking in an email to me stated "no match" every time after repeated tries. I called the customer service no. and was told the order could not be tracked because it was being shipped from Cleveland in California. The only answer I was given is that it should be here in time. He thought they used Fed X, but not sure. He said I should have received an email that the golf club was being drop-shipped from the Mfr. in CA. I did not.

Originally ordered Taylormade senior graphite Burner Super Launch 4 thru PW & AW. Said they were in stock and would ship within 2 days. After 2 days I e-mailed GreatGolfDeals to see about my order. Within 30 minutes they e-mailed me back and apologized telling me they had shipped all the quantities that they had in stock on previous orders ahead of mine. They said they were trying to get more in stock from the manufacter. The manufacter was out of stock and didn't know when they would have any more. They ask me I wanted to wait to see if they could get any more. In the meantime they offered me a better set. They offered me a set of Taylormade senior graphite 3 & 4 Hybrid, 5 thru pw. This is the same set as I wanted, just the 3 & 4 were hybrid clubs. The set they offered me was listed at $100 more than the original set I had ordered. They offered me a great deal on this set. I agreed to take this set. They shipped them and I had them in 2 days. In GreatGolfDeals defense, The Taylormade super launch senior graphite irons is very popular and hard to find. The way and timely manner they handled my order, I was very pleased and will buy from them again. Everyone I talked to at GreatGolfDeals was nice and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Purchased an "open box" R11 driver and when the driver arrived it was brand new! I literally could not tell the difference. It also had the headcover and adjustment tool. If your looking for a great deal check out the open box deals!

still have not gotten my order. i guess it was lost from what I was told. i sent 2 e-mail inquiries and did a live chat with no answers. also left a message at the 866 number. finally got a person on the phone and he said he would look into. did not hear back so i called AGAIN. the person told me the order was lost and they would send out another. i asked for it to be sent fed ex. well i still do not have goods..hopefully today. they should have given me a discount on the product or tokk off the shipping charges.
