Order placed on September 16, which, using standard shipping, was to be delivered in 5 days, was finally delivered on September 28. Enough said.

I was very pleased with customer service and the quick delivery. However, for the price I paid, the basket was very small. I was not at all happy for the price and quantity. It was not a good gift to give.

Paid extra for 2day express. Somehow it was shipped out usps standard. Was refunded for 2 day express, but, the item did not get there in time for easter. Because it was spring break, my granddaughter did not receive this item until Monday, April 25. I have used Great Arrivals before and never had this problem. I am upset that this happened and my granddaughter did not receive this on time.

Delivery was suppose to occur on 2-11-2011, but both packages arrived on 2-14-2011 which was acceptable.

This was not my first order and most likely will not be my last. I like being able to personalize my gifts to a special person. All gifts have arrived on time either to the recepient or to me and been exactly what was expected. Thanks to a great company that is as advertised.

Expected product to be delivered on 2/7 And it arrived on 2/10. I did not know there was a delay until 2/9. No communication let me know the gift would not arrive on 2/7.

I was very dissappointed in the product I recieved for the price. This was a basket for my employer and it was much smaller and had cheap dollar store items in the basket. It was not represented on the website like that. I was very upset by it.
