I received my table and chair set on Friday afternoon.  Had it assembled in no time with no issues in time for my guests that evening.
Great product, great service..   my guests loved the furniture and were amazed I had put it together in less than an hour.   I visited a local store that sold Gloster teak and was put off by the price.  I am so glad I visited goldenteak.com.  They have saved me over $1400 dollars on my set.  Love this!! 

Terrible product... teak quality is nice, but chair drill holes did not align properly and thus dowels split and broke during assembly.  Dowels were 20% larger than pre-drilled holes making assmebly very difficult.  Not comparable in quality with Kingsley-Bate as advertised.

The chairs and table are beautiful. They came in a very short time. I highly recommend them and would order from them again.

We got a bench from Golden Teak and would highly recommend this site to anyone who is in the market for great quality teak furniture. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable on their products and on teak in general.

Elsa and the team at Golden teak were fast and efficient. We did have a mix up with the cushions for the deep seating, but they quickly rectified it at their expense. They also sent us a "temporary" cushion for one of our chaises while the backordered cushion was being shipped from the manufacturer. Great customer service. I'd give them a B+ for order accuracy but A+ on service. Fast efficient delivery; one product mix-up; stellar customer service.

Overall it was a good choice for my wife and I, table and chairs are beautiful, had a couple issues with missing pieces and an umbrella that would not work. Customer service was great, pieces and replacements were prompt and were not questioned.

The web site is well organized and prices are very reasonable. The added bonus was free shipping and no taxes. The personal touch from Elsa was another surprise!

I had a very good experience buying a outdoor teak dining set and a couple of chaises from Goldenteak. The staff was courteous, and went out the way to help me decide which chairs could go with the table, what would fit comfortably on my deck, and how to take care of the teak furniture.

The furniture arrived on a pallet and was received in good condition. Assembling the legs on the table was a breeze. The chairs were easy to assemble as well. My dog ran away with a package of dowels and screws. I called in for a replacement and received a package in the next two days.
I had seen Goldenteak furniture at a friend’s house, and thought I would try the store. It was definitely a good thing to do. Goldenteak quality is fabulous both in the wood and workmanship, and the team is a pleasure to deal with. It is one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have recommended them to my friends and neighbours who have dropped in and would recommend them highly.
