Sox were promoted as "but 3 pair get one free", yet the bonus pair did not show at check out. I asked "Why?" in comments area and got email back saying they would adjust my order. All four pair arrived in one pkg - but why the hassle? No response to me desired, but believ they should "fix" their system.

I believe the merchant should note when a product is in back order before purchase. I have to wait two weeks for my order to ship. I'm not happy with that! I always shop at gobros. They have good products but I don't like the back order situation.
