Great site until you need to return something. They advertise their return policy all over site, however when you want to return something they make it incredibly difficult. I have been continually lied to and still do not have my refund or any actual acknowledgement from the company that they are processing my refund, after 25 days. I WILL NEVER BUY SOMETHING TRHOUGH THIS SITE AGAIN, PERIOD.

I recently purchased a BAMF 29er MTB and couldn't be happier with the product itself, very high quality for price paid.  Though I'm competent with bike mechanics took the Genius Build as part of a promo  and that turned out ok as well.  That's the good news, like the previous reviewer my experience with their support department was dismal at best.  Took two weeks to get a part that was missing from the original shipment and a second order where I used the 'Nerd Dollars' was another 12 days.  Communication via email was erratic and pretty much auto responses with the occasional cryptic comment.  Not very satisfying from that standpoint and doesn't make me confident if I have to contact them with a warranty issue.  Would recommend, but with serious reservations. 

Bought a mountain bike at an amazing price but that was all that was amazing about the purchase. It took almost a month to receive the bike and that was after several attempts to contact the company about status! Communication is a joke! Trying to speak to a live human is near impossible. I only received a call after leaving several very direct voice mails on their CS number. I did finally receive the bike and it was in good shape. I've been very happy with the bike. I did decide to give them another chance when purchasing a pair of mountain bike gloves. Well this experience has been more of the same! I used the Nerd Dollars(Giantnerd's loyalty program) I earned with my first purchase and still got the same service. The order was placed on 5/23/12 and it's 6/12/12 and no gloves and no communication. This will be my last time doing business with Giantnerd.

I ordered a product that was said to be "in stock" however status is still "pending shipment" after six days.  No communication at all after many attempts. Emailed twice, FB note and phone attempt was kept on hold.

I bought several items from Giantnerd a month ago. I was very impressed with their product selection, customer service, and fast shipping. Their site is very easy to navitage, and very user friendly. I would recommend to all my friends, and especially to those folks in the bike / cycling biz
