My first order came on time and all very good. The second order came with the protective plastic cover torn on one of the books and the book was dented on the edge. I did not send it back because I can use this book for less important pictures. However, I would have liked to have the plastic cover. The filler pages were intact.

One of the albums came with a crinckle on the cover...one call had a new one on the way promptly and the customer service agent APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience and told me to keep the damaged book for the pages and use them as refills if I wished!!

Excellent product for my purposes. Would definitely shop again at Get Smart Products. 3-ring archival quality magnetic albums are impossible to get these days in my local stores, so Get Smart has a captive audience - me! And I sure hope they don't decide to discontinue the product.
