Ordered two items and received email that stated they had shipped.  When the orders had not arrived after a week I checked on their site to find the FedEx tracking number which turned out not to be valid on the FedEx site.  When I emailed the company they stated that the manufacture had stopped making the items and the order was cancelled.  It does not appear that they charged me however I received zero notice that the order was cancelled and I was unable to find a replacement item in time for the holiday season.

Used a free shipping code to get free shipping...then $5 was added for shipping when I checked out (minus one point).  They were very responsive to my email and removed the charge quickly, even before my credit card was charged (plus one!).  Part of my order came very quickly and correctly.  (plus one!)  one thing was a "drop ship" item.  waited a week, emailed -- said the rest of my order would arrive "very soon."  one more week.  emailed again.  said drop orders take 1-3 weeks to arrive.  waited one more week (3 weeks total), called and left message for drop-ship manager--no returned call. (minus 1 point).  threatened bad bbb review...got 3 emails back--one with proof that the order had shipped two days before and would arrive in yet another week.

SO--in total, they have been responsive to my complaints, but there have been many of them!  if you don't have time to deal with their issues, don't order through this company.

Great prices & fast shipping! I ordered a few kitchen items & they all arrived in a few days. Prices were best I found on the web.

I placed an order for a pet cover for our new sofa on March 27th.  On April 2nd I called to find out the order status.  A rather gruff man who acted like talking to me was a real imposition said, "delivery on that item takes 2 to 4 weeks".  I should point out that on their website all it says about delivery time is "In stock and ready to ship? Yes."  He acted like it was my fault for not knowing that.  I asked him further what the exact status was and he said they had no way of knowing.  This seems to be another case of someone running an Internet business out of their basement and having stuff drop shipped and not caring about the customers in any way.  A MUST AVOID!  Others who have reviewed them here are absolutely right!  I should have checked here before ordering the item.  My bad.

Tried to order a product that was on sale from this company. However, the sale price did not show up in the shopping cart, just the regular price. I called customer service, and they advised me to place the order at the higher price, get an order number and call them up to fix the price. I told them that was not the way I do business. The rep hung up on me mid-conversation. It appears they have real problems there.

I don't want to say Get Organized is as bad as Taylor Gifts, but I may if I wait a couple of weeks. At any rate, it is almost a tie. I believe the two are affiliated. After a negative experience with Taylor gifts, I looked elsewhere for my shoe storage ...
