Worst internet shopping experience ever. Ordered a Gardener's Hollow Leg.  Order indicated it was in stock.  Three weeks later, still no item.  I e-mailed Customer Service. No answer back. Contacted them by phone 3 days later.  Operator says "Oh yes, I see we received an e-mail from you (to which they never responded)." She says "the item is to be drop shipped and it will take us 24 hours to find out about it."  Three days later--still no contact.  Wrote another e-mail to Customer Service to which no answer came.  Item showed up in mailbox 3 days after this email.  Never heard back from Customer Service. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. EVER. Would not recommend ordering from them.

Ordered a patio umbrella base and did not receive any shipment information. When I called the customer service, I learned that they are drop-shipping this item and it takes 6 weeks to get it shipped. No such info on the item page. Cancelled the order, a great waste of time and very unprofessinonal service.

I ordered a product from Garden.com and was told it would ship in 1-2 days.  On day 3 I checked with customer service by phone and was told it would ship that day.  On day 4 (after 3 more phone calls) I was then told it was out of stock and would not be shipping.  They could not explain why it took 4 days to tell me it was out of stock.

Don't place orders with them as their website says everything is OK, even it they know they can't fill your order.

I was very pleased with the service and the fast delivery of my order. I would recommend using this merchant for all garden supplies as their shipping rates are very very reasonable. I am a customer for all of my garden needs if they stock what I may need at that time. Thank you for being a very reputable,respectable merchant.
