Customer service has no vision into shipping. Ordered something on Monday as of Thursday the item is still in shipping. Online order status does not work therefore you HAVE TO CALL. When you call CS has no clue because they are not in the warehouse so they cannot help you with shipping. Gave me a story of how they are having a sale and are really backed up. BS.

TERRIBLE. I ordered December 23; it is now December 31 and my order has not even shipped yet. After 3 attempts at calling customer service, I finally got through (the hours listed for customer service in their emails are incorrect), and the rep I talked to was totally uninterested in my satisfaction and made stupid excuses for why my order hasn't shipped yet. Will not be ordering from them again. Ladies, try Victoria's Secret instead - they're a lot more invested in customer satisfaction.

I have returned items that did not fit, and have not been able to get anybody on the phone or by email for almost 3 weeks. I will never do business with this retailer again. It was at least $100.00 worth. I am hoping they make this right.

It seems that I am not the only one having troubles with www,frederick's.com They do not give you very many options for exchanging. What was most appalling is that they had said that they did not receive my return until I was able to give them tracking information. Then I was told that I had to wait one month after that to receive the exchange. They would not provide me with any other way to contact someone other than the e-mail address given on their site in which never address your issue, instead it appears that it picks up key words, and responds with a form letter. Even when inquiring about an item for a pending purchase I feel like they are dissociated with the company.

The worst customer service and business I have ever encountered. After 4 months of communicating with their customer service on a back ordered item that never delivered I cancelled the line item. After never receiving a credit, I called the customer service number yet again and was told I was never billed for the item. I have the invoice, I have my credit card statements and ironically enough...I can add. I was billed, never credited and never received my item. I will NEVER shop here again and I hope that my review keeps others from doing the same.

I don't like the online shipping policy. I won't buy from the online store again. I ordered 3 items and didn't like any of them, so I called the customer service line to ask them to waive the return shipping fee. They would not and could not do it. Some other stores have done this for me so it really reflects poorly on them that they can't waive this fee. It's their company and their business. They should have done it in good faith so that I would shop there again. But I won't be doing that.

THis is my first and last order with Fredericks of Hollywood. Their customer service sucks. I sent them an email about my order. Than 5 days later when I hadn't heard from them I had to call them to find out. I just got my order today and nothing was as it is pictured on the website. The cloths are very cheap looking/ cut weird and not flattering. I will be sending more than half my order back. And it sucks because on top of it they charge you $7.95 to send it back. STICK WITH VICTORIA'S SECRET!! The customer service and quality of products is much better!

Very fast shipping, order was accurate however the quality is terrible. I can get better quality at Wal-Mart. The items looked great on the website and was described as lace ended up beind some tulle like fabric. I am returning these items and unfortunately there is a 9 dollar restocking fee. This was my first and last experience with this retailer.

I ordered a couple of items online and I must say that I am very disappointed and upset that they messed my order up so badly.
They didn't ship 5 out of 9 items of my order! That is infuriating. I've have been shopping on line for years and never had any items missing, but five is outrageous. I could understand 1 thing being missing.
I called them, and they did not apologize. They did say they would ship them right out though. I asked if this happens a lot and the customer service rep said "yes. the warehouse people misread the number sometimes". Can't they count to 9?
I like their lingerie, but I would recommend shopping at their brick and mortar store instead to avoid this from happening to you.
UPDATE: I received the missing items in my order and an extra one with out any explanation. Lesson here is that if you order with this company, you can except anything and nothing. It's like a lottery. I am just happy it's over. I will never shop with them online again.

I returned something I bought within 2 weeks and never got refunded. I called them and was told that I was credited the amount but it was canceled and the customer service person could not figure out why. After being on hold for 20 minutes and another phone call later, they told me it was because it was returned after 90 days - which is complete crap. I talked to this lady for 5 more minutes and she repeated the same thing 8 times, telling me there was no one else to contact.
I wrote feedback on the website and got a reply stating the exact same one sentence (no help) and a thank you for choosing frederick's. Needless to say, I will not be choosing it ever, not even the store because I am thoroughly disappointed in their inability to resolve issues, AND I think it's suspicious that apparently the post office took 3.5 months to get my package back to them (OR they just didn't scan it in until it was too late to get my money back).

Took longer than expected to ship. Product changed as I used to purchase same style for years, but now it didn't fit well at all. Odd shape/size. Return took forever to process and refund, and then didn't get expected amount back from return. Customer Service wasn't friendly when I inquired about my return. I will not purchase from Frederick's of Hollywood online again and since there is no longer a store in my area, this ends my relationship with the merchant.

Fredericks of Hollywood!!I have mixed feelings about them.First of all the shipping and delivery is horrible takes 2 weeks to get most of my things I order. Also I agree with the others customer service is aweful.
Order accuracy is great I have ordered several things and it has always been accurate.
Besides the customer service and long time shipping I like alot of the shoes they have. Not all the shoes but they really have some cute shoes also you can get great deals when they have sales. I have gotten some really cute shoes for very low prices. Fredericks has pretty good bras too and when they go on sale I will buy them too. I do not usually like the clothes some are cute and some remind me of something trashy. But they do have some great tops and they are of good quality never had anything fall apart on me or a shoe heel break. If you can get past the slow shiping and lousy customer service and find something you like at Fredericks go ahead and buy it! You will get the order sometime.
