Good, but the products are a little expensive.

I like the planner product. However, your e-shopping experience is probably the worst that I interact with. It is difficult to navigate and difficult to complete. I have use the Franklin Planner for 25 years, but I always dread the re-order process. Every year I ask myself why I don't just convert to Day Planner and be done with it. It would definetly be eaiser, and I even assume less expensive.

FranklinCovey website is very user friendly; however, the products are increasingly slim vis a vis options.

I've been buying my planners @ FranklinCovey since the early '90s. The rest of the world uses cell phones in the business arena, but the bank I work for is old fashioned. The planner still works for me!

I ordered the wrong size merchandise for my planner refill(s). I called the company to see about the best way to get a replacement. It turned out it was easier and faster to order new stuff and have it shipped rather than return the merchandise first. I was told I would receive full credit for the returned materials, so the exchange should be a "wash" and will not cost me anything extra. NEGATIVE POINT: I have to pay to return the merchandise. I was disappointed that they do not have a free return policy, and won't pay shipping on return merchandise.

I have not received my order yet and it has been two weeks since it was supposedly shipped. Also this is my second order since I didn't realize my first order didn't come with everything it did a few years ago.

Part of the order was incorrect in that I received mini-month by week calendar instead of the classic size. This was of no value to me - so I wasted approx. $10 by ordering them as extra when they came with the one year refill of the classic day planner pages. Shame on me for not realizing that I didn't need the calendar in the first place.

Received my order within 4 days! Awesome job on fulfillment.

I was very pleased to find the product in your online store. I've had a similar one for 4years and it was looking pretty ragged. These are no longer sold everywhere as they used to be, so it's nice to be able to find them.

I have always had good luck with FranklinCovey. before I lived in Beaverton Oregon and could go to thier store. I moved to Yuma AZ. 4 years ago,and have to order over the phone or internet. If I used the phone -The sales person was always courtous and knowlegable, and very helpful. Now I use thier catalog and it is very thorough. Mary J. Hayes

I still have not received the pen I ordered. I was assured it would be to me Monday and it is now Wednesday. I also received a code for free shipping and was charged for the shipping. Customer service said the package could not weigh more than ten pounds and that is why I was charged. The package weighed 5.5 pounds. Very unhappy.

Am pleased with all the quality products. I waited until March 2013 to order, but found I can only order a partial year beginning in July 2013, thus I am without a FRANKLIN calendar for three months. Is there a possibility each month could be ordered separately as an option?
