Item I ordered had been"damaged" prior to delivery and they held up the entire order for two weeks prior to sending the items that were available. It took two emails to get my order delivered, minus the product that was "damaged", which they claimed was unavailable...but which was clearly available at other merchants. There are too many good perfume sites to order from to deal with such nonsense.

It would be preferable to be able to track my required item using an alphabetical search. Sometimes hard to find.

I can apply two coupons offers. One coupon discount that always cames in the box and the one valid at the moment of the purchase. I think and feel that the system only apply one coupon at a time and doesnt apply or combined coupons.

loved the experience and it was my first time ordering from here, I'm just waiting to hear back regarding the Xia Xiang that is back ordered. Can't wait to receive that. Will definitely order again.
