I have owned and used my Venezia leather travel bag for about 4 years with a moderate amount of wear and tear. A clasp broke on the shoulder strap and some stitching was coming a little loose (from the way I over-stuff my bag I'm sure) which I contacted the company by email and they stated they would repair free of charge. The bag was returned to me quickly and with repairs very satisfactory and FREE.  I am very, very happy with their customer service and bag.

i purchased the 'positano grande' bag directly from floto on sale, in late june, 2009.  overall, my impression is that the bag is of medium overall quality.  i say this because the glazed leather had some imperfections in the hides  as well as noxious odors being emitted from the tanning chemicals - (this slowly dissipated after a thorough airing out).  the construction similarly was of medium quality - i.e., stitching was wide, the 'denim' lining was coarsely woven, there was some manufacturing detritus left in the bottom of the bag, and the hardware was flimsy - the interior was roughly finished with little attention to detail, but then again, at this price point, you are not going to get hermes-quality workmanship).  on sale, i feel that the bag was fairly priced, especially considering that the customer support is good and that the shipping was free. if i had a chance to do it over, i probably would buy the bag if it were on sale.

I paid for my purchase on March 8th. It is now the 13th and I haven't received the email with tracking number I was told I would be receiving. I plan to contact Floto today and get an update on my purchase.

The items I purchased are very nice, even better than I expected. I did receive the wrong colour but decided to keep this one in stead of the ordered colour.

My order was delayed by a couple of days which was an inconvenience -- but Floto issued a discount credit back without me even asking which was great.

Milano Duffle is sweet. I get alot of usage out of it. The delivery was on time. No problems. Good website with cute models and hip cultural feel.

Got a new wallet. everything was cool with the delivery and my overall satisfaction is great. I emailed customer service and they got back within an hour.
