Very disappointed .I purchased Stott pilates reformer for $2500 and it was delivered defective. I notified the company immediately .There was an attempt to have me "fix" my brand new machine that was unsuccessful. The company has been in touch with the manufacturer .Regardless the company has dragging its feet and after 2 weeks still has not arranged for its pickup. American Express notified I have no intention of paying for it.

I was excited to see the lowest price on the Sole E55 ellipticals but my excitement was short lived when clicking on to their store and saw that the actual listed price in their store was what the usual listing price of this machine which is $1,499.00.
I believe this practice should be considered an IMMORAL, if not an illegal act!
This false advertising is merely to get prospective customers to their site and this act was intentional.
To all who read this, I understand that my review is not complete.
I am not aware of the companies reputation as I never got passed this issue that needs to be addressed publicly.
I prefer to do business with only honest and reputable companies.
I HAVE contacted both Dealtime and Shoppers.com as well as the merchant. I have yet to receive their reply.
This practice really not only looks bad on the featured merchant who subscribes to this practice, but is denigrating to the 'comparison shopping 'websites such as Dealtime and shoppers.com and compromises the integrity of them as well.

I was somewhat hesitant to purchase from Fitness Equipment since I had read a few bad experience reviews on the Web. However, I am happy with my purchase (inversion table for $60 less than Amazon). It got here quickly, no damage. Being hesitant, I was quite nervous when the tracking feature wasn't working correctly on the site. A few days after I ordered, it gave me an estimated ship date. Then, all of the info disappeared. I e-mailed (through the order status page) to see if my order had been canceled or shipped. Never got a reply. In another few days, I was able to track, which eased my anxiety. I would probably buy something here again if it were a really good deal, but I think the customer service is lacking.

Would never buy anything from them again. Their site said they had the Schwinn 113 bike "in stock" and two weeks after ordering it they told me that it was on back order.
I think that's called a bate and switch.
When I asked them to either make me a deal on shipping for making me wait so long or to cancel the order, they decided to cancel instead of taking care of the customer.

ordered fr a stepper, as they had a nice website and moving around was easy.
did expect much frm them as the site was not rated
but at the end they did an awesome job by giving me a tracking code and delivering on the date they promised they even called out to find out if the product was deliver

nice site to start with easy to move around ordering was also comparatively easy and the most important thing that matters the product. that was delivered in time as promised

the site was easy to navigate; they delivered on time as promised i guess itz worth of a site to buy from.

Everything in my purchase went very smoothly. I was totally satisfied with the company.had a great experience.I would be willing to do business with this company again.

These guys rock!! I will do business with them again. Excellent service. Best price I found,shipped right away and arrived in half the time expected. I'd definitely purchase from this merchant again.
