Ordered product and They sent the wrong size.  On the phone they instucted me to send it back and I Did!  They have told me twice they would send out the correct size but I still dont have it.  Consumer hell!!!  The customer service manager needs to be fired.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son on Sept. 18, shoes were in stock (supposedly) and ready to be shipped. Never received a shipping notification and the status on their site still said order processing on Sept 28th. I sent email inquiry with order number, etc... no response. I sent another inquiry on Oct. 4th, and finally got a response that said "inventory level for this item is extremely low. It is possible that the order will cancel if we are unable to locate the merchandise." I received another email later that day saying my order was cancelled.

17 days and 2 emails from me for them to figure out that their item wasn't in stock! That's ridiculous! If you absolutely need something from them, go to the mall store, don't trust them online. I for one will go buy from the refs at the other store.

My order came and inside the box was NOT what I ordered. When I called to inquire, I was on hold for 36 minutes, an operator talked to me for as little as 10 seconds, and put me on hold again, as of now I have been on hold for 48 minutes. Needless to say, this has never happened to me before, and I have not shopped online at Finishline. I will never shop at your establishment again. This was the absolute worst customer service experience in my life.

Terrible.
Incorrect stock on website
Only shipped some items.
They ship from local stores, so even telephone support is at the mercy of terrible local store staff.
Believe the bad reviews.  Do not order from here.

I just received my order from FinishLine yesterday only to find out they shipped out "one" shoe in my order.  I wasn't initially irritated and let it go saying "sometimes these things happen".  The next thing I notice is that the shipping box itself states "check for right and left" and then thought to myself "okay this is like ordering a hamburger and them forgetting the bun" and thus inexcusable.  I call customer service and they state that the location that shipped the shoe can't find it ("typical"). I'm advised to send back the shoe and the store will ship out another pair (which supposedly is in stock).  I was told that i'd receive a shipping label via email within 24 hours.  Never got it.  Called back the next day and the service rep tells me it takes 1-3 days to receive a shipping label via email!  I think I'm getting the run-around and based on other comments posted here I'd be surprised that the store even has another pair.  I'm never going to Finish Line again and will never recommend to anyone else!

I have to tell you, I was VERY hesitant to order from Finish Line after reading these reviews. But, I was stuck because they were the only place I could find that had the Under Armour hoodie my kid wanted for Christmas in stock. So I bit the bullet and ordered.

It was a flawless transaction. Really.

I called customer service in the morning to make sure the website was correct and the item was in stock. They were courteous and helpful. I was still hesitant so I searched some more and ended back at their website placing my order. Chose standard shipping because it was free and then crossed my fingers.

Well, the turn-around time from order to receipt was 2 days. Two days! That to me is incredibly quick, especially this time of year. Receipt was included, packing was more than adequate, and the hoodie itself was perfect... no flaws or issues.

Perhaps it's because it wasn't shoes, I don't know, but my experience was definitely a 5 star one... and I would recommend Finish Line without hesitation.

I placed an order at Finishline.com on May 20, 2010, for part of my order I used a gift card. A few days later I got an e-mail stating that my order was unavailable. When I called to see what then would happen to my gift card I was informed one would be re-issued. It is now Almost August and I still have not received my gift card! When I called for the Fifth time today, I was told for the third time it was shipped out. What happened the last 2 times it was shipped out? No one is quiet sure. When asked if I could get anything for my problems with their company, I did get another appoligy and an assurance that it would be sent out shortly. I will not hold my breath. Do yourself or your gift receiver a favor and do not purchase from this company!

horrible service, i ordered a pair of shoes and the shipping time was 3-5 days guarunteed it has been exactly 3 weeks and my shoes have not arrived. angry and frustrated i called customer service and they said that the product is being shipped and that they could do ntohing about it. another week passed and still nothing no shoes no apology. TERRIBLE SERVICE, id rather not waste my time and money and then get nothing.

:( ! I normally check reviews for online shopping, but it was late and... Ordered 7 days ago with a 3-5 day processing promise. Checking the status for 5 days, it says "Processing". Finally called because this was a Mothers Day gift. It might go out today, but if not then Monday. LITTLE LATE!!!!--Tried to cancel the order and they're telling me that it might be "too late" even though it has not left the center. RIDICULOUS! Next time, I'll stick with Amazon. It might cost a little more for shipping, but they deliver ON TIME.

I ordered a pair of Nikes about a week ago. I looked all over for the pair that I wanted. All the local stores were selling them for $120. I decided to go online to see if I could find them for any cheaper. Finish Line was selling them for $99. Also I found an online coupon and with tax and shipping, I ended up paying only $100. I read all the bad reviews that Finish Line was getting so I called them and made sure my item was it stock before I ordered them. The customer Service was great and told me that they had plenty. I ordered that day and they shipped out my order the next day. I recieved them in the mail 5 days later. I will definetly order from them and again.

Worst service. It has been 2 weeks since my order. No shoes yet. I called and was basically told to deal with it. Kinda bummed out. I also had to call and remind them to ship my shoes. Ill never shop there again. I will recommend that people I know do not shop there as well.

This is the worst online store I've ever experienced.  Bought a pair of Nike Air Force One sneakers for $84.00 that developed a hole in the heel of the shoe that gave me a painful blister on my heel the size of a quarter.  This happened within 6 months of purchase and their response is that their suppliers have a return policy of 45 days.  So for defective, low quality merchandise, I'm supposed to go directly to Nike?  Bad business and policy not to back the merchandise they sell.  I didn't have an issue 6 months later with not liking the shoe!  They didn't last for 6 months which I consider unreasonable.  They were rarely worn during the scant 6 month period.  The customer service responses were curt with no recourse or interest in a description of the issue at hand

I ordered 3 pair of nike shox. One pair arrive 4 days later but the shoes were used they sent used shoes and then i was told they could not exchange them they can only refund the money so i said fine. Later that week I received the white nike shox i ordered and they had been worn as well what is it give customer used shoes week. I don't know what the Last pair look like because there not here and its been 12 days since i ordered them. I am not pleased with the online experiance at all and I am not ever shopping at this store again. over $350 worth of purchases and still I get used stuff from the company. It is poor customer service and business judgement

I placed an order by phone because  the website was experiencing difficulties. I was  told today ( one day later) the order was never placed and I lost out on 6 pairs of shoes that were on sale. "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do, they are sold out" was what I was told. How? They claim computers were down so how did anyone else place their orders?  I would have thought talking to a sales rep on the phone and placing my order would have bypassed the problems. I called to verify the order and discovered they did not process it. Again, their computers were down. I will never buy from them again. Not after the way this order was handled.

Great online shopping.  I was able to order my teen sons' Nikes online with a lot of choices and very reasonable prices.  We could see online that they were shipped out from two different locations (KS, IN) the next day.  Shipping was free with a $75 order (you can always surf the net for promotion codes for Finish Line).   The UPS tracking allowed us to see where they were each day and the shoes arrived in separate shipments a week later.  Awesome running shoes. I will never again shop the horrid mall for my teens shoes! Thanks Finish Line.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12 Jan and finally received them on 21 Jan.  The shoes that arrived were mismatched.  I called the customer service line and was told that they had located the correct shoe and would NEXT DAY AIR it to me to arrive on 23 Jan.  The shoe did not and has not arrived.  After more calls, I took the mismatched shoes to the local store on 3 Feb but was told the correct shoe had already shipped out so they could not accept the return.  It still has not arrived.  I called again tonight (9 Feb) and was told they cannot locate the missing shoe.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  Go barefoot before shopping at Finish Line.  This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I ordered a pair of Nike Shox and a sensor from Finish Line.  They shipped them out in two separate boxes.  I received the sneakers, but I never got the sensor.  When I checked the UPS tracking online, it said that the item was damaged in transit.  I called finish line customer service repeatedly (5 times to be exact) and I was told that UPS was denying the damage claim to them and that I had to wait until UPS reimbursed them before they would refund my money.  Not to mention, customer service reps were nothing but RUDE every time I called.  It is not MY FAULT if the package was damaged before it ever even got to my house.  I paid for an item I never received.  This started on 12/26.  It is now 1/19 and I never heard from finish line again.  I finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.  And I reported them to the bureau of consumer affairs.  THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!        NEVER AGAIN!

I called finishline 3x to cancel my order and their associates said,"I WAS ALL SET." A day later my credit was charged and they shipped one out of three shoes I ordered. One shoe was out of stock and the other was sitting in a store, which they forgot to ship. Soooo unorganized!! Its been a week now and I havent seen any credit back onto my credit card.

WORST STORE EVER. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE I STILL!!!!!!! HAVE NOT RECEIVED SHOES I ORDERED 3 MONTHS AGO. Highly recommend it! Absolutely awesome! The customer service ever. I really liked the feel of a shoe i tried up but didn't like the color, so a rep called another store and got them to send me the same she but in a color I liked. Have never been more happy!!! Definitely would shop there again!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, we had just moved to a new home and she wanted the 'in' shoes. I got an order confirmation in my e-mail box. A week and a half went by when I finally called to check the status of the order. To my surprise, the rep said they cancelled my order due to the billing and shipping address being different. She went on to tell me that they could not use my credit card if my bank was still using my old address. The bank had my new address for the last 3 weeks. The whole thing was crazy.
