Easy website to navigate. Extremely quick delivery. Sturdy packaging. Reasonable prices for the filters and excellent delivery cost. A great place with which to do business.

I paid to get 2 day shipping on a $100.00 order. It took them 5 days to fill the order. My credit card was billed the next day so I assumed they filled the order on that day, so why was it not shipped. Many sites can give you same or next day shipping on orders. So 2day shipping arrived 7days later. If you need it FAST this is not the place to go.  

They had the best price, and shipping was fast. All three filters arrived in one box within 4 days. Thanks!

Be Careful to verify that the part # you order is the part # you receive. I ordered a LG refrigerator water filter 5231ja22006B and received an old model 5231ja2006A.  I even called and spoke to a representative the day after I ordered it to confirm that I ordered the correct sku.  I called the company to let them know that I received the old part A, and that I specifically ordered the "replacement" newer improved part B.  The manager Cartier said quote, unquote (recorded line), " I can see how that can be deceptive". Yes, that is deceptive. HOWEVER, part B is an alternating # for the A. and she will have the website updated.....because it does not state that it is. So, it takes little ol' me to have a website changed.. Seriously.   All she had to do was send the B instead and apologize for the misunderstanding and she would have had a customer for life. However, now she has a very disgruntled patron (and family and friends) who will always feel ill about this company.

I placed an order then waited and waited. I contacted them, they apologized for delay. Finally receive package, wrong items. Contact them, they need me to ship this back, then they'll send corrected items. They send 'corrected' order, but it's still the wrong items. I say, I want my money back, I will return all of this I want my money back. They send me Return Label, which I take to post office, hand to the person at the counter who highlights the address in yellow. I wait. the package never arrives back at Filters Fast so I am out the products and out the money. They tell me I have to Trace the package since no Tracking info is coming up (from their own label). I spend 20 minutes on the phone to get through to usps where the representative says, 'hmmm, I just got a trace call from someone yesterday who lost package to filters fast..'
So at this point I am out my money & have no filters & will never deal with them again.

Just bought $50 worth of filters. Came on a tuesday and wanted to return all but one I used for 4 hrs the next day...They would not let me. Their www site states, "It should be noted that most fiberglass spun filters such as those found in your local grocery store are usually only a MERV 1 or MERV 2. This can affect the efficiency and air flow of your heating and cooling system, causing it to work harder to produce the same air flow and costing you more money!
This is the complete opposite advise you should have...in reality, the the higher the MERV rating, the higher the resistance of air flow... this is the advise on which I purchased the product and they are standing by it...!!! Well after 4 hours with this filter my A/C froze up because of the limited air flow.... 5 A/C INSTALLERS I CALLED  LAUGHED WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT THEY SAID. THEY ALL AGREE WITH USING LESS RESTRICTIVE AIR FILTER AND CHANGING MORE OFTEN.

DON'T BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT STATES THE WRONG ADVISE AND DOESN'T TAKE RETURNS THE NEXT DAY!!! 

I ordered "Filters Fast Quality Flow 4 in. MERV 13 3PACK" in the 16x25 standard size.  As it turns out, their measurement for 16x25 isn't the same as other manufacturers and they would not fit my Skuttle 16x25 system. When I tried to return them, I was told: "After reviewing your order, unfortunately, we are not able to accept your order back as a return. Those drop ship items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We do not accept returns for those items as stated in our terms and conditions."  - I reviewed the terms at: http://www.filtersfast.com/termsAndCond.asp Nothing there says anything about not being able to return drop shipped items; only custom items, which these filters are not. The item page does not say anything about 'custom' or 'drop ship', and it lists 16x25 as a standard size. When I pointed out these flaws with their reasoning for not taking my return, I was ignored. There has been no response whatsoever for two days now. My only recourse is to file a complaint with the BBB and start ordering from somebody else.

I was very pleased with the whole buying/delivery process with FiltersFirst. Their website was easy to use and contined very detailed descriptions, their  pricing was competitive and the delivery was prompt.

I've been ordering from Filters Fast for a number of years.  They still sell all the filters I need, and their prices are generally better than most.  Order enough, and shipping is even free.  But, for the first time, my box of 6 filters came in a large box with 1 mostly deflated air pack, just 1. It wasn't protecting anything, and didn't fill the box even part way, so all of my filters were banging around the inside of that box for the whole trip.  This is a first, I've never had bad packing like this before from them.  I do hope they figure out who in shipping is doing a lousy job and get rid of them.  I also hope banging around the inside of the box didn't somehow damage the filters.  They look OK, but I have no idea how fragile the insides of a filter are. 

My shopping experience with FiltersFast.com was not good. I waited nearly two weeks from the time I placed my order to receive my shipment and when my order arrived I discovered that the wrong filters were sent to me. When I called FiltersFast.com to explain, I was told that the correct filters would be sent to me but that it might take up to two more weeks to arrive. This is just unacceptable so I have decided to place my order with another company.

It was very easy to navigate the site. I found the product I was looking for (and some for the future) quickly. The prices were the best I found. Check out was fast, easy and the product came before promised date.

Very happy with my ordering experience and I will buy from them again.

Best way to get filters. Ordering is easy, the filters come quickly. Price is great! They have filters in stock and so far no backordering. I have ordered from this company several times and they never let me down. Have purchased different types of filters for several different refrigerators and they always had them available. One thing I wish was a bit different is their shipping price. The filters are heavy so I understand the weight issue, but I think if you only need one filter the shipping cost should be half of what they charge. But having said that, I still feel they offer the best online bargains.

Dimensions for the following filter are not right, it is a little bit long, so it does not fit correctly the filter case, so the filter case lid  can not be closed firmly and then it produce leaks, in addition the filter material is really hard compared to previous sediment filters:

We have tried to install this filter a couple of times without success, finally we did the disposal of this filter, and a different reference was ordered.

Before ordering from your company  I read reviews on-line and shopped around, including checking the price at Sears where my refrigerator was purchased.  All your reviews were positive so I choose your company.  My own experience was great!  Not only was your price less than half of what Sears was charging but the ordering process was easy.  I received emails for every step of the delivery process; my order was received, my order was processed, my order was delivered, my order was complete!.  This kept me in the loop and well informed.  The part I ordered was delivered in less than a week and I live on an Island!  I was very impressed by your company and will continue to order from you in the future.

Had the needed product. The ordering process was clear and easy. Though estimated delivery was 7-10 days it was delivered to the door in 4 days.

The order of two filters was accurate and delivered in a timely manner.  This was our first time ordering from your company, and hope to visit again when filters are needed.

Customer service response was the best !! Fron ordering to delivery it was the best. Ordered on Sunday PM, rec'd on Wednesday, early PM.

I am a returning customer.  As always, customer service was great. I wanted to add to my order after I had placed it on line.  Donna was a great recource.  Order was accurate and delivered very quickly.

I am not at all satisfied with the order I received from FiltersFast.com. They advertised a Honeywell product for a replacement filter for a room air cleaner. The ad showed the Honeywell 38002 familiar red, white and black box like I have purchased many times in the past. I fully expected that my order was for the same filters in those same boxes as pictured in the ad. Instead they sent me some kind of generic filter which may or may not be of good quality. I feel they used deceptive advertising by seeming to promise a specific product and then sent something that may or may not be up to the brand name quality. It's OK to sell generic equivalents. I buy them all the time. But I always know that I am buying an equivalent up front. I bought at least a years supply of these filters so I won't really know how well they work for a long time, so I can't comment on what the quality really is. I just know that I didn't get what I ordered which was brand name, original replacement filters they showed in their ad. 

It was a pleasure shopping at FiltersFast.com.  Finding the proper filter was very easy. Ordering was a snap and delivery was faster than I ever thought it would be.  We priced the same filter in the store and saved money shopping at FilterFast.com and will shop there again in the future.

Filters Fast is like their name says.  Fast.  The website was very easy to navigate.  They had a very good selection of hard to find filter sizes in a wide variety of efficiency.  Their prices are excellent.   Would definitely purchase from them again.

The delivery was not fast...it took a almost 2 weeks, and the package was obviously smashed even before shipping (same tape was used to patch up the box as used to seal it) and the filter was damaged. Also, I don't believe it was the manufacturer's brand I thought I was getting...it was generic, and it looks very flimsy.
