I place an order online and a day later was told it was on hold. I was shipping it to a US address. But they didn't like my Canadian Visa. Told me they could only take Visa issued in the US. So I found I was able to buy the same product at Faucetdirect.com at the same price. Decided to call the order in this time, no problem. Cancelled my order with Faucet since they couldn't use my visa, only to find out they have charged my visa ( that they said they can't use) and will credited me back. This going to cost me the % Visa charges for the exchange. Stay away from them if your Canadian. Shop at FaucetDirect.com

My concern is the 15% fee they autimatically charge if you return a product even if unopened. That is too harsh. It should be under more flexible guidelines.

The process was easy, and follow-through totally efficient. A great experience. Haven't opened to box to check that all parts are included, but doubt I will be disappointed.

Just ordered the product on Monday. (It's now Wednesday)I should recieve it soon. Communications were excelent. Forced survey question on if item was recieved in good condition isn't applicable for a yews or no answer if I haven't recieved it yet. You should add a line "not yet recieved" which appears in the next question, but you can not submit the survey until you choose a yes or no to that particular question. Consider rewriting it.

Received phone call from customer service about four hours after placing order online to inform us that all components being shipped conformed to California Prop 65 environmental requirements regarding lead content, resulting a very slight variation from the online specs. Most of order was received about 26 hours after placing order, and the rest arrived within two days.

I got behind in ordering this item from my normal supplier and it was going to take at least two weeks to receive which would have caused me to postpone my job a couple of weeks, I ordered this item from you and had it in a couple of days and was able to start on time, the job is done. I was very disappointed when the product arrived to learn that the lever handles were not smooth porcelain,which was what I wanted and what they appeared to me to be in the on-line photo. On calling customer support I was advised that smooth porcelain handles were no longer available from Delta. Fortunately, at some additional cost, I was able to swap the handles with a local plumber for what I wanted.

I really enjoyed saving money on the faucets. In addition to the fact that they had the lowest prices on the Kohler faucets I wanted, they had a $10 coupon which made it even cheaper. It shipped for free and arrived sooner than I thought.

Have purchased faucets at faucet.com in the past - everything outstanding in ordering & shipping process with high quality merchandise at very responsible prices. The Kohler sink we just ordered was ordered on a Sunday and we received it the following Wednesday by Fed Ex freight. Shipping costs were half of what everyone else charged. Great company!!! Thank you - we will definitely shop at faucet.com again!

Shipping took a little longer that expected. Faucet did not come from their location. Need to provide a better shipping time estimate not 2 - 7 business days.

Attempted to purchase a faucet from this company. However, they did not have the faucet in stock, despite saying that it will "ship within 24 hours." They backordered my product and didn't tell me about it, and it took a 30 minute phone call a week later before they could figure it out. If I didn't call, they never would have even attempted to let me know, despite having taken my money. Their delay caused a delay in my renovation project as my granite guy was waiting for everything to show up. Please watch out for this company, they have poor inventory and communication procedures. Get ready for some long phone calls to sort out your order.
