Horrible customer service! I ordered a Florida State sweatshirt for my son. When we received the sweatshirt they had sent a Youth medium instead of an adult medium. I called customer service to exchange it and they told me that they don't do exchanges if the orders are through Amazon. I then asked for a refund which they agreed to, but want me to pay for the return shipping and packaging. After approx 20 of going round and round with the customer service rep (Nichole) she finally stated they would pay for the return shipping and email me a return shipping postage sticker (I’m still waiting for the email).
During the course of the conversation I asked the customer service rep why their polices were different when dealing with orders through Amazon. I could tell that the customer service rep did not have the answer, but she seemed to struggle to give me some sort of answer whether true or not, which made me feel lied too.

Hi, after reading a variety of negative reviews I was hesitent about purchasing through FansEdge. After such a great experience I decided to write this positive review, after never doing reviews in the past.
I'm so glad i decided to go ahead with the purchase.
The communication from initial purchase, to being notified when item was shipped, and the trackment of shipping all the way to Australia was excellent.
Items arrived exactly as expected and only took 6 business days to, as mentioned, arrive in Australia.
Will be a customer again.

First do not pay any attention to their estimated shipping times. I placed an order for 7 items on Dec. 28th, 2012. Each item stated that it would ship that day. Today is Friday Jan. 4, 2013 and on their site it still list my items as in process. To add insult to injury there has been no contact from customer service updating me on any delay.
After viewing their FB fan page I see that this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. This was my first and will be my last order with FansEdge.
On the positive side the website looks great and feels great as your browse around. Ordering is simple.
Do yourself a favor and order from another site. Save the poor customer service for people like me who didn't read reviews before ordering

I ordered an expensive sweatshirt on Dec. 12. It was to be a Christmas gift. (Duh.) In fact, it was to be the primary gift for my 21-year-old son. On Dec. 24, FansEdge notified me that my purchase would not even leave the warehouse until Dec. 27. Today they notified me that it is sold out. You can be sure I will never order anything ever again from FansEdge.

The website said, in bold letters, that there was still free shipping with guaranteed Christmas delivery for another 5 hours. Now my order will not arrive by Christmas. I called customer service and they told me I had ordered too late. FALSE. I was on time. (I also tried getting online help -- they promise to have a live person online with you -- but clearly there was nobody there and I gave up.) Terrible, terrible company.

The only delay was that one item needed a signature and the delivery person left the note rather than ring the doorbell. I was home and would have been able to receive the item prior to the weekend. THat was not the fault of the company.

Horrible, horrible, horible management and customer service!!! I will never, ever buy from this company again. I placed an order, did not get all the items. Called and explained, they told me that they will send them out asap - never received them. Called again, told me they don't have the items anymore, they're sold out. They took the money, but did not have the decency to call or sent an email to let me know that they don't have the items anymore. BS company!

Do not buy from this company! They say they ship with FedEx and then they ship it to the United States Postal Service which may not be the same address. Now my gifts have been returned but they can not find them. Now they can not replace my Christmas gifts because now they are not in stock! Bad company just don't use them! Why would they use FedEx and then send them to a Post Office Box?
