I purchased 4 Camacho Triple Maduro, 4 Kristoff Maduro Torpedoes, and 4 Padron 1964's.  When I received the shipment I smoked a Camacho Triple Maduro.  It did not tase right.  The following week I went to the Kristoff and it too did not have the taste I am familiar with regarding that cigar.  The week after that I was really looking forward to the Padron.  It did not taste like any Padron that I have ever smoked.  They sold me cheap knock offs that look like the real deal but are anything but.  I removed myself from their mailing list and I sent them an e-mail telling them that because they decided to mail me knock offs that I will no longer be a customer of thiers.  They never replied.

Never Order again.  Go to Cigars International.  Cheaper cigars.   If you have to go to Famous ask for Ed Sales Represenative.  He is the only thing they got that is good.  Poor management and Customer service.  More expensived and charged shipping in addition.  Call to ask manager about it and she (Renee) said that she couldn't help me.  I said well what if I return, and she said it would cost me.  Nice... never again get my business.

I order a box of Rokey Patel and pay for a 2 day delivery.
They start handeling my order after two days and i received my order after 4 days.
I lived my Hotel after 3 days without my cigars.

I recently purchased several 5 packs from them. The first two that have arrived are bone dry and hard as a rock. I'm hoping the last two are in proper condition. As far as the site goes, it's very easy to navigate and the prices are awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the last two 5 packs. If they're just as bad, I will let you know!

I place an order on the 17th of June. Famous withdrew my money from my card on the 21th and I paid for usps at a higher rate because ups was unsatisfactory when it came to delivery.I tried several times to contact cumstomer service and also e-mailed them and as of yet no reply. It's June 27 and nothing has been resolved. Because of high prices at the stores I thought this is a better way of saving a few bucks and it is until you get rip off. Famous smoke shop can't say that I didn't give them the opertunity to answer my Phone calls or write me an E.mail to settle this problem. I tried tracking my package but there's nothing to track what hasn't been ship. I have been a good customer but when you have a problem they don't want to hear it. Richard

I placed an order and they could not process it for 3 days i was buying the cigars as a gift for my dad's bday. they told me they would not be able to make the delivery date so i told them to cancel the order it is not 2 days later and my cancelation order still has not gone through and i paid with Paypal so its a bit of a pain. Not thrilled with the customer service and no answers to my 6 emails i sent them.

Just beginning to get into cigars, and famous is the only place I will continue to shop with. Retail stores while nice are overpriced, and all the other website do not nearly have the customer service, prices or quality. I recently read a review of famous smoke shop in which the owner commented " we may not always have the best prices, but we always have the best quality". This say a lot about a shop in my opinion, and the simple truth is their prices are always the best anyway!!! I get free shipping for most of my orders and most get here next day, who can beat that? They even threw in a tin of creme de Jamaica's.. I know what your thinking- Big Whoop, but not only did they do this but when I opened the box I got a free CAO CX2 that retails for around 10 dollars also for free. This place is awesome everything is fresh and of great quality. The boxes even have stickers saying when they were received. YOU HAVE TO USE THIS PLACE. 

Web-site functioned well. I encountered no problems. I'd deal with this merchant again.

I would hesitate to sop at Famous Smoke Shop again. In fact within five hours from now (11.3.08., 4:29 AM, C.S.T.), I plan on making another purchase from them. I rate them as very professional.
