I make a lot of purchases of dvds in and around the stores in Waukesha Wiscosin. This is the first time I used the website as I am currently in Az. The only thing that surprised me was the time it takes to get the videos to the purchasesr seems like a long time of 10-20 days from order date.

By doing the Family Video survey I supposedly was rewarded with FREE magazine subscriptions that were anything but free. My bank account was charged,an overdraft occurred and I have yet to see a magazine so buy in the store rather than their online site. What a scam.

i might shop again. i had ordered the dvd, paid for it, said it will ship, about a week later they say its on back order!! thats unexceptable since it was to ship next day. So i called and cancelled it, and i need to check if i was reimbursed yet! hope i was. So anyway, i may try it again, not sure yet....

I haven't actually phoned Family Video yet, but I have to because the video doesn't work in the middle. I suspect there is a miniscule scratch or something of that nature, but my mother, who I bought it for, was very disappointed. I will be returning it.

I got the best deals on the DVD's. I have purchased them in the stores before, but thought I would try online. I was very satisfied. I will definately shop online with them again. I received them all, but have not opened the packages yet. They are Christmas presents.

I received 3 of 4 videos purchased on Cyber Monday. I haven't had a follow up e-mail as to where the 4th DVD will arrive. I plan on contacting family video today.
Other than this, I am happy with my purchase.
