Received wrong information from the telephone sales representative. He told me that the $179.00 headsets would plug into the telephone I have. When I received the headsets I found that the plug is not compatible with my phone. 

I called them back and asked for a refund which they did offer but they expected me to pay for shipping. I feel that it's not only wrong but incredibly short-sited for this company to expect me pay anything at all for their mistake, after all, it was their sales rep that led me astray. 

Talking to the customer service gal was like talking to a cork. I'm not sure she was even plugged in. 

I'm rating all one star including the price because any price is too high for worthlessness. 

I suggest that the owner of this company do a little shopping at Zappos to see what customer service is all about. here's a clue Mister... Lifetime customers VS never again in this life.

This place sucks!
Ordered a GPS, order acknowledged by email and would ship soon.
2 weeks later no item arrived.
Contacted FOS and finally learned item was backordered and would likely ship in about 1 month.
Checked availablity of item elsewhere.
Tried to cacel by phone, CS hung up on me when so notified.
Tried to call back and got auto hangup, so my number was blocked.
Notified by email to cancel the order and warned not to charge my CC or ship anyway as I would cancel the transaction via CC co.
DO NOT trust this vender.   Prices are slightly better, but not worth the hassel and misleading-dishonest treatment.

Ordered the TOM TOM, paid via paypal, waited, waited had to call to find out supposedly back ordered, told to wait another two weeks,got my mnoney back. End of story.

no easy way to return product. shipping cost,time & gas not worth the trouble.

HORRIBLE. Ordered 5/18, told shipped 5-21, with expedited delivery should've received 5-23 or 24, depending on who you talked to. Actual ship 5-25. Requested return labels 5-25, on 6-4 return labels emailed to wrong person (individual said he didn't receive either). On 6-7 told would be emailed that day, follow-up call same day told contact and email person left for day...still waiting for return tag email. Have spoken to 8 folks, including supervisor, and most had no clue what was going on with order, just lies.

It wasn't the source I expected when I first researched the item but the entire transaction was satisfactory and I am sure that the price was in line what I would have gotten elsewhere.

had to return the items, the head set would not take a charge at all. and I didn't need the charger. still have not been notified of my return.

I had to return the product and every time I tried to call a representative would put me on hold, and one time I was on hold for 10 min., so I hung up. I redialed, and once again after I hurriedly said, i was just put on hold and hung up, I was assured he would be right back to me, and once again, I was put on hold and waited and waited so I hung up. I will definitely not do business with this merchant again, as there are plenty of businessed that would like my business I am sure!

Sent wrong battery, called to fix problem, they said they would send correct one. I still have not received it!

I purchased a Map upgrade for my Garmin 640 GPS. Inspite of repeated telephone calls I was never able to download it to my GPS. Finally I was told that the order would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund early last week. So far I have not received a refund on my credit card. Sanford R. I found the TomTom needed & it was shipped right out.

was no good i paid for a garmin gps nuvi 1490lmt i got a nuvi 2595lmt but cost lest that what i pay, plus they not send me the traffic receiver cable for that nuvi 2595 that was included,they take my money and gime me what ever they choose and this one was the second gps the i purchase with this company the first one was ok. this one very back experience no more with this company.

It was a great shopping experience, site was easy to navigate and products arrived sooner than expected. The price seemed very reasonable. I will definitely buy cell phone batteries from factory outlet store again, if I ever need them.

Terrible customer service. I returned an item that was shipped incorrectly to me.  I was going to exchange but process was to long and unprofessional.  After 10 days they were still telling me they had to contact warehouse to verify the got the item even with tracking number and delivery verification. Still waiting for refund also cancelled order for exchange.  Terrible  experience would not recommend ordering from this store

no problems easy and fast

never answered any emails. always put on hold for long periods of time when calling in. the reps did not communicate very good English resulting in a hard time in getting answers to questions.

My expereince was excellent. The order was filled and I received it much sooner than expected. This was my first time with the Factory Outlet Store on-line but it certainly won't be my last. They will be my on-line store of preference in the future.
