Questions 4 & 7 do not apply to this order . . . We ordered the product . . . received a confirming e-mail . . . Next day received an e-mail stating that the purchased products had shipped . . . We checked tracking one time . . . UPS got the goods to us as was stated in the confirming e-mail.

This is a very poor survey as far as survey methodology goes. Look at question 2. What the hell is that? Remove the "in good condition" for a new question. I have not received the products by mail yet.
I found the items easily on the seller's site - very good! BUT, the ordering process was nearly unacceptable. I should be able to order as a guest, and at the very least, not be logged out after I sign up.

I have a HP L7590 which I was having problems with. I didn't realize it had print cartridges and printheads. The printheads where bad after performing a test. No local office supplies had the product I needed. I ordered them online at a better price and excellent delivery to get me back up and running. Thank you
