Ordered a couch on 11/17/11. They took almost $2000 out of my checking account immediately, sent me a confirmation of my order, and then nothing... a week later i called to inquire when to expect delivery, & i was told they would get back with me after they contacted the manufacturer. Another week passed, and still no response. I contacted Everything Furniture again, and explained my situation, customer service put me on hold, called the manufacturer thhen told me our item is on back order, and would be delivered end of February. Its the end of February, still no couches, and they have had my money for 4
months. No follow - up contact, do NOT order from
this company! I will be contacting the Better Business
Bureau, if i had someones money, and did nit deliver their goods, i would show concern, and make it right. They should have warned me that the item was not available, and not taken my money..

After being instructed too print the confirmation form, there was no further contact our correspondence from the company.I called on today to get a status of the delivery and was told that I would get and email shortly with details. This never happened

I received the package yesterday evening, but have not had the opportunity to open it yet. It is a Christmas gift for my 2yr old daughter. Ordering ans quick shipping have been painless, but I need to inspect to make sure it is in good shape.

Answer question #6 place order over Internet. Was amaze how quickly I received order.I came upon your service when I put in looking for laundry tree. It was priced lower than what you would get at Lowes and Home Depot. Also it portable can be taken out of ground or can fold down with a cover for it and also a nice color of green. I am very please with order.

I was looking for a taller entertainment center than usual and this was just the ticket at about 34 inches tall. I was able to find it at everything furniture and the price seemed good compared to the local furniture store. Shipping was faster than expected. It was shipped in two shipments by the same carrier but I was only provided one tracking number, and the carrier reported the weight as 4 lbs. I wondered what in the world I had purchased that was so light. The kicker was the light box came first and it was the legs, but later the same day the other box arrived. Not having both tracking numbers could be improved upon, but it certainly came fast and was well packaged and undamaged. It is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Extremely dissatisfied! I ordered a desk for my home office. It arrived and ofcourse some of the hardware and a piece of the desk were missing. It has now been over 2 weeks later and I have still not received the missing pieces. They keep blaming it on the manufacturer - but I didn't deal with the manufacturer I dealt with Everything Furniture. They have horrible customer service and sincerely don't seem to care about their customers.

I am very satisfied. I ordered on-line which was easy and the furniture was delivered within 7 days which was wonderful. Packaged very carefully and no damage. Easy to assemble. Only one package of hardware was short one washer. Thank you very much.

Although I had very good service, my order was cancelled due the fact that I live in Canada and shipping and duty costs were higher than i wished to pay. In addition, this was to be a gift and another family member was able to purchase a similar product locally. I would add that your representatives were very responsive in regard to my cancellation and I would be happy to deal with you again .

Merchandise arrived exactly on time. I was concerned when the first shipment arrived incomplete, so I called customer service. The representative assured me the rest of my shipment would arrive the same day and it did! I haven't opened the boxes yet as they are baby furniture and we are still painting the nursery, but I am confident any hidden damage will be corrected. Thanks for your service.

Unfortunately, the color of the chairs was much darker than what was pictured. I had to return the chairs at my expense,$151.00. Plus, I was told I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. I also didn't understand why I had to return them to California but, they were sent to me from Indiana. I will never shop through them again.

I ordered furniture than cancelled immediately and the staff said OK. Next day I get a call and the staff tells me that furniture was shipped already and that the order could not be cancelled. Checked with fedex and furniture was not shipped. The customer service lied.

I am very pleased with the quality of the item received. As I did not hear a peep from my husband during the put together faze I MUST assume it was clear and went well. Have been searching for a difficult to find size in a style that suits our overall decor. This item fit the bill perfectly. Thank you.

Quick service but no email confirmation or tracking info. I don't know why. Product arrived and was as it appeared in the photo. Need to replace mirror in the lid, probably manufacturer responsibility ( not from shipping).
