I just adore their berkshire panyhose and thigh highs.  I prefer ther Berkshire crochet style (1534) thigh highs and (8568) Berkshire corchet pantyhose. I just love the fit but more importantly is the way they feel. I can easily wear them all day and still feel great. I also love the pattern. They just make my leggs look sexy. The site is very easy to navigate. I find it very easy to locate the items I want. Add them to my cart and very user friendly checkout.

I ordered a micro fleece long nightgown from Essential Apparel, through Amazon. Everything about the order went smoothly and I got the package in less than a week. I want to thank this company for selling this nightgown. It's JUST what I wanted and couldn't find at local stores. Extremely displeased!  Do not order from this company!
I ordered and my in 'stock item' sat in the warehouse for a week (after they billed my credit card the very day I ordered).  When I finally checked the status I was so annoyed I emailed the company to voice my annoyance.  They didn't response.  So finally, 2 days later I called to cancel my order and the women didn't even care.  She didn't apologize or anything.  It's like they are used to it. 
I laughed because one of the reasons they put on their website of why to order from them says fast delivery.  Total lie.
And it's funny, cause I can see other people had the same experience.  I wish I had read the reivews first. 
Now I had to pay $20 for over night shipping from Amazon to get my order in time for my moms birthday.  Not happy.

Delivery speed sucks. I ordered my item almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered and I know it doesn't take two weeks to deliever two tank tops. And the tracking on the website won't work so I have no idea where my items are. I wouldn't know about order accuracy seeing that I still don't have my item.

While I have not received the product ordered, I was not very happy with the fact that it seems your website does not provide a secure payment page.  That concerned me greatly but because I didn't feel like looking for the product I wanted on another site, I provided my card number.  I feel very uneasy about doing that.  Please consider a secure environment for your customers.

I have had the WORST experience using Essential Apparel! The website to begin with was hard to navigate and my searches didn't come up with what I was looking for. It took me over 30 minutes to find ONE item! After I had ordered the item and given my money to them, my item didn't leave the wearhouse for over a week! I wrote them an e-mail asking about my order and the shipping details, funny part- they just happened to ship it out that day. Now three days later, USPS has no record of anything coming out of there for me and it seems like the "tracking number" they have given me is incorrect. (or Fake) I'm not a happy customer and DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Essential Apparel has a very good selection of athletic clothing at a very reasonable price. I purchase all my sportswear and layered clothing from them and I have been satisfied so far that I have gone back to them. Clothing descriptions  have been very accurate and I am happy with my purchases. I prefer clothing that wick away moisture while I am jogging and they have a great supply to choose from.

Shipping and handling prices are very competitive and I have enjoyed shopping there.

The few times that I have emailed customer service, I either did not hear back from them or there was a really long period before they got back to me.

I have had no problem with the order accuracy, but the speed of delivery isn't what I expect, since I don't live to far from them. The shipping method, USPS, although it is no fault of Essential Apparel, the tracking number is useless. It only confirms that a package had been notified for pick-up. I have never really been able to track any package that I have purchase.

Extremely poor service.  No follow up indication of shipment.  Expensive shipping charge for regular mail. Etc. Etc.  Worst I've had this Christmas season out of about 30 orders placed with about 10 different merchants.

This will be my second purchase from Essential Apparel. My brand of underwear is difficult to find in stores today, if not impossible. I love Munsingwear full rise briefs and have never found them in any store here in Tucson. I comparison shopped on the Internet for quite a while and not only does Essential Apparel carry my brand but the price cannot be beat. The icing on the cake is that I can pay for my purchases through Amazon.  Now that is a trifecta!

i don't do online shopping much, but my wife suggested i try, so i did. in a word, outstanding. great prices and the shipping time was reasonable.  i will recommend you to my friends.

Priority shipping indicates estimated delivery to be 2-5 days...they fail to mention that is on top of the 2 days it will take it to be shipped from their location. NOT EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! Do not like to be mislead, makes me wonder what else is not on the up and up.

Very slow shipping, ordered on Oct 9, order shipped on Oct 14, when I called customer service they could not even tell me if my order was shipping complete, some of these items were needed this weekend, had to go locally and buy a comparable product. Not sure if I will return the products at this point or keep them, very unhappy with the level of service
