This was a first time purchase for a specific item, therefore I did not explore the website. However, my positive experience has put this site at the top of my shopping list for future sports equipment purchases.

Ordered product on a thursday and have receive all but the belts. Great timing! Easy to use web site and fast and easy purchasing.

I haven't recieved order yet. I went through and selected items from all over the site which was time consuming due to poor site structure. When I went to pay, it emptied my cart just before the last step so I had to start again. It said 20% off plus free shipping today but never clarified why the 20% wasn't applicable - perhaps the items needed to be full price to begin with. Still have recieved no email verification that the order was recived three days later.

Your survey was sent too soon. My product is not scheduled to arrive until late this week. Hence, I clicked "YES" for #2 only to complete the survey because I cannot submit the survey if I leave a question blank.

The tether ball was as described. Seems heavy duty. The one thing I guess I didn't pay any attention to was the lack of a needle to fill it with air. I assumed one would come with it, but none did, had to go buy a package of 3 for $1.00
