I ordered from eOfficeDirect because it was the only source I could find for one item - the Dome Simplified Monthly Bookkeeping Record. I ordered a large supply of these, plus enough office supplies to get free shipping. No problems.

I was very pleased with eofficedirect. Not only did I get the EXACT piece of furniture that I wanted, it was several hundred dollars less than Office Depot. It was delivered quickly too!

I have used eofficedirect for the multiple large deliveries of office furniture. This was the first time that I had extremely poor delivery service. Several times delivery drivers failed to show, claiming that we refused delivery of furniture. Upon arrival several pieces were damaged and needed to be returned.
I was extremely disappointed on my most recent order.

Merchant does not have adequate description of merchandise. I purchased a $900.00 dollar desk and a $400.00 dollar file cabinet and am unhappy that it came made from particle board. If I would have known that before the purchase, I would have chosen a different brand or model. eOfficeDirect could get better specifics about the items they are selling.

This merchant exceeded my expectations. I could not believe how quickly what I ordered delivered - next day on the small order, two days on the larger one.
Everything was VERY carefully packed so there could be no damage or breakage. I was delighted with the experience and would definitely use this company again!

The only thing that I did not like is the printable receipt at the end of my purchase did not have HOW I purchased it. As a business we need information on the receipt such as credit card or however someone may have purchased the product. Thank you for the great service, great prices, and quick delivery.

They had the item in stock at a very good price and it arrived sooner than I expected. However, I asked that they call when it would be delivered and didn't receive notification so it sat on our dock for a couple of days.
I definitely will do business with them again and recommend them to my friends.

My product was discontinued at other stores and by manufacturer....searched online by prduct name and description...found it here. Ordered it, it came, it is exactly what I wanted. Very happy. A lesson to me here...if I see something I really want, do not put off getting it.

I've ordered off of the internet many times, this seemed to be the easiest, except that when you searched for an item you only see a blank page you must scroll down to the very bottom to see what you are looking at. Otherwise I found what I needed. thank you

Bookcase was delivered the very next day after I ordered it, quick service, thx! The only complaint that I have is when the delivery guy brought into office, he left the bookcase in the box. It took 3 of us in the office to open up. But more importantly, if there was damage to the bookcase I wouldn't be able to tell. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase, thx!
