I ordered product today, November 26. They were extremely fast in putting a hold on my debit card for the amount, but not so fast in sending me a confirmation email.

Tried the Chat to find out why I hadn't received one. The Chat person was useless. I sat for what seemed like an eternity and still didn't get a response.

Then I called the toll-free number and spoke to someone in Sales. I was very irate and suggested they adopt best business practices like other companies selling online.

Well, as of this writing, I have received 9 copies of the receipt -- all sent from Sales. Bottom line? Not only is Entirely Pets a company to stay away from because of all the negative comments online, it's a company to stay away from because they evidently hire juvenile jerks to service their customers. That will be my last order, so the joke's on them.

Worst customer service possible.  Unfriendly, untimely and inept from beginning to end.  Sent products not requested and I have to pay the return shipping. Mailed me products that would be outdated before they could be used.  Life must be difficult at Entirely Pets to be so consistently surly.  Hard to figure how they are staying in business.  Guess they don't need repeat customers.

If you want to get your order in less than three weeks, I suggest going ELSEWHERE. I placed my order for priority delivery 17 days ago and it still has not arrived. And all I get are excuses as to why it could not be sent priority. I ordered 3 dog puzzles and a bowl. Apparently the order was "too large" to ship priority. So I'm still waiting, and waiting and oh, ya, waiting....
They will never get my business or my money again. Other companies like Amazon do this a million times better. 

Or maybe they're shipping my order horse and buggy?

This experience was not at all good--it took several hours for the website to even process my order,  By that point I no longer wanted the order but was not allowed to cancel.  I paid for priority shipping--2-4 days and the order is now predicted to take more than two weeks.

They do not answer e-mail complaints in a useful way and respond very slowly.  I tried to call and waited on hold for more than 10 minutes.

Just a dreadful experience--really frustrating.

"I find this company not true to their word I placed an order for $302.19, unfortunately for me the Australian Customs would not let the goods in. I wrote to entirely pets requesting a refund if the goods was sent back at my expense for $42.00. This was their response. ""Thank you for your email. Yes, we are willing to take the products back as long as the product has not been opened or used."" The product was returned to them on 6 May 2011. I wrote to them on many occasions but they denied receiving it until I told them it was on the American Postal Website that it was delivered. They promised to return my money that was on the 21 April 2011, I am still waiting. They lack customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have the returned product and my money. Is there any way to hold these people to account for their lack of customer service and the promise to return my money?"

Don't order from them!  I placed an order on 2/14 of 3 items and paid for overnight delivery.  Later, their order status page showed 1 item out of stock and the other 2 on hold, so no overnight delivery occurred.  They took off 1/2 the shipping and stated one should ALWAYS call before ordering from the website to make sure items are in stock.  What's the point of having a website if it's information is not accurate?  They finally shipped item #3 on 2/17, but didn't overnight it and delivery is scheduled for 2/22.  These were time sensitive products (thus the overnight delivery request), but they've completely dropped the ball on that and customer service has been less than helpful.  I'll never order from them and will spread the word to stay away.

2/14/2011 Order came very quickly.  Marin is not outdated and I am anxious to see if it helps my cat.  If it does, I will order again, because of  the great price and swift delivery.  Very good packaging, too.  Brook Park, Ohio

I was having a hard time using the liquid flea and tick product on my pets because their coat was so thick. One of the customer service people recommended using a collar, and that’s what ive been using for the past 2 years with no trouble!

Horrible customer service. I paid $2.00 extra for expedited shipping which is described as "priority 2-3 day" on their website and the item was sent FedEx Ground and took a week to arrive. I was later told it was too heavy to send expedited, yet they still had no problem taking my money for it in the first place. I asked them to refund the $2.00 and was told by an online chat rep that it was being processed on 9/18. I never received it and was told once again by Doug through their email support that it was "being taken care of" on 9/28. I have still yet to receive it on 11/18 and 2 more emails have gone completely unanswered from them. Even though it's only 2 dollars, the bottom line is it shows they lie, have terrible customer service, ignore complaints their customers have and fail to rectify mistakes when they're the ones ripping you off. STAY AWAY.

Good prices but that is all that is good. They constantly screw up orders, double charge credit cards (and take a long time to credit the mistakes), send to the wrong address, lose the prescriptions and overall are complete chaos.

After reading some reviews regarding Entirelypets.com I had my precautions about ordering my dog's Christmas/Birthday presents from their website. So I decided to make a small $35 order (of a few Fat Cat and Tuffy's dog toys which are normally expensive/hard to find anywhere else) to be on the safe side. After my order I received a prompt email for my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my order was shipped promptly (it arrived within 2-3 days of my purchase) and everything in my package was accounted for and in great condition upon arrival. I'm not sure what the circumstances were for other people's issues with Entirelypets.com *i.e. ordering pet medication, having to make returns, dealing with customer service, etc* but I found that my simple order of a few dog toys was well worth the time and price. I can only account for this order as it was my first, but given the prices and this experience I would definitely do business with them again.

I just recently had to put the love of my life (my 7 year old pug) on a arthritis medicine(Rimadyl). After seeing the bill from my last visit to the vets office, Iwas shell-shocked. I was sceptical using on-line pharmacies because of all the things Ive heard, but shopping with entirelypets has been a pleasure. They handle everything, calling my vet, filling the prescription, and even shipping it out without me having to call in for refills! I will definatly be returning =-)

I have just had another wonderful shopping experience with Entirely Pets. I have been ordering from them for over a year now and they always have competitive pricing. This week was an even better experience. I placed an order online on 7/15 and received my box of items today, 7/17/09! They are in Nebraska and I'm in California. My shipping had been free because I placed an order over $100.00 plus I'm on their mailing list and received 5% off of my entire order. My order was accurate and I also received some free samples of Joint Max triple strength.I highly recommend EntirelyPets.com!

Great Service, good prices.  Slightly less expensive than other online companies and I looked for an online coupon and got additional discount.  I ordered Friday and the package arrived Monday.  I have ordered from EntirelyPets 3-4 times and have always been happy with the service.

Excellent service. Great product selection. I was able to navigate myslef through their selection of items find all of my favorites and place an order. I had a few questions after and called their service center. These guys are great. Very helpful and they know thier stuff. Ordered Rx online 4/15. Order still not here. Cat went without his treatment for End Stage Renal Disease Fri and Sun. Cause of problem? Failure to fax vet; waiting a day to fax vet after a reminder 6 days after order placed; promise to ship 4/21 but actually shipped 4/22; promise to send via Priority Mail so it'd arrive Fri 4/24 or Sat 4/25 but actually shipped via InTrac who does not delivery on weekends. 
Disorganized? Yes. Prevaricators? Yes

Do Not Order from this Outfit if You Need Rx in timely fashion.

I have been paying way too much at the vet for way to long! No more I am telling you when I saw the prices at EntirelyPets.com I was converted! Outstanding prices and service.  I am a serious E-Shopper and would have to say as far as prices and service I will never shop for my pet medications any where else. My order arrived quickly. They worked with my vet  to get my cats Rx filled fast. The service rep walked me through everything I needed to know and do. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable and helped me find  other products that she really likes and her cat likes too. I think this is a really great site.

I have a cat that has been on antibiotics for about the past 8 months.  After spending a fortune at the vet for Clavamox 125, I finally decided to see if I could find it cheaper on the internet.  I was excited to find a place that I could buy the medicine for half the price of my vet, that it was coming from a location in the US and that it was FDA approved.  However, after reading the other reviews, I was very skeptical.  But I decided to order anyway and try it at least once for myself.

I am happy to report that my order was delivered very quickly and accurately.  I ordered on a Tuesday and had it by Thursday.  It seems that most of the people that had trouble with this company experienced it when trying to return something.  So my advice would be to make sure what you are ordering is what you really want so you don't have to return it.

I would recommend this company to others.

Found this store on line about 3 months ago and they are quickly becoming my favorite online store. I have found their prices to be very reasonable, much cheaper  than the vet. I like the array  and variety of   the items they carry.  I found these really good snacks for my dog called Joint Treats. They are only 10 calories and he loves them !. I highly recommend EntirelyPets.com!

I have been shopping with EntirelyPets for a number of years, since our dog was a pup. I love this merchant.  I find their customer service to be delightful knowledgeable peopel who are always informing me on  new items and  how I can save an extra buck or two with sale items and their awesome coupon codes. I have never had an issue with returning product to them. I have  returned a few things over the years with out any issue at all. I always recommend this store  to every pet owner I know. They have the best prices on the internet.

I would never use them again. This is the 3rd time in the last 6-8 months that I have placed an order with them and they consistently make errors and mislead you. Most recently, I placed an order on-line and called customer service to follow up. The representative said they would split my shipment into 2 parts - one Rx I needed quickly (I paid for express shipping when it would otherwise have been free). Lo and behold, even a conversation with customer service is useless - everything has been shipped UPS and my paying for express shipping was wasted money because everything is scheduled to arrive 9 days after I ordered. This is only one of many issues - another is they can NEVER find the Rx's that I send to them when it comes time to order a renewal. If you're looking to purchase Rx's for your pet I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the service I got from this company. If I had read some of the epinions reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have dared to order. However, in ignorance I placed an order online and followed it up with a faxed prescription the next morning. I called the company with a question about procedures, and was given a prompt and accurate response. Also, they notified me by email as soon as they received the order and again when it was shipped. The product arrived the very next day, before noon! (I did pay the extra dollar for priority shipping, but I still think this was superior service.)The price for the product was pretty good too.

My order of Rimadyl - non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug was classed as Pet Food by Australian Quarantine officers who then held onto the consignment.I'm attempting to work through that hurdle at the moment.Who knows I may even receive it one day.May I say that the service provided by entirely Pets was entirely satisfactory throughout.
