I ordered replacement lamp bulbs from Electrified.  They were delivered promptly and product was as ordered.  Customer service was great.

I purchased a Samsung lamp for my 67" DLP TV.  Product was perfect and easy to install. Item arrived super fast.

Bought two projector bulbs...both exploded with less than 10% life used up. Company claimed they were out of warranty and they are not responsible. Bought Dell bulbs for my Dell projector...lasted 90% of effective life. 
This is a dishonest company that sells subpar products that are not safe. Both bulbs I purchased exploded...one in a meeting within 3 feet of a customer!
After calling them multiple times without a response I submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau. Their VP refused to provide any compensation unless I removed my claim! A clear indication of the character of this company.

Bought a Sony replacement bulb from these people. Can't remember the buying experience but can tell you the bulb is shot after 6 months, The original Sony bulb lasted more than five (5) years. I would have to say they must sell cheap crap. Will find another source for the next bulb.

I bought a lamp for my Optoma Projector.  The purchase was very simple and quick, and price was exceptional.  The glass on the lamp broke a month after I got it, and they replaced it fairly easily, without an inquisition about it.  Happened again, and they took care of me again.  This time I hope it lasts a little longer, but the company has been decent to work with.
