I like Ebags choice of handbags and their prices are reasonable.  I have ordered twice from them and was very satisfied with the quality.  However, Ebags method of shipping leaves much to be desired.  After receiving my ship notice, my first order took 10 days to reach me.  Second order took 11 days.   Items ships from New Jersey and I live in Pennsylvania !!

Don't buy from Ebags. They take order by showing low price especially during holiday & shopping seasons and later they will say that product is not available. And by the time they will say this, all deals of that period and product would be gone on other sites. They will give you 20-30 off coupon but that does not mean anything as it either does not apply to your brand or price on ebags website would be so high that after applying that coupon you will end up getting almost same price you get on other websites for same product. I brought one samsonite bag and same thing happened with me. Now when I decided to buy another samsonite bag on their site with 30% discount coupon it is coming to same price as on other site without any coupon. Their idea is to trap customer by taking order showing low price and later with discount coupon customer will by something on their website.

I like to buy fashionable bags online, I usually did shopping on http://www.slotanna.com/ because of its very cheap price, but since I found ebags.com, I thought I also should do shopping on it because of so many fashionable bags with cheap price. Ebags.com is one of my favorite shopping site. I bought 2 MK bags from ebag.com one month ago, and now I cannot go out without carrying one MK bag with me.

E-bags is an excellent company to do business with. While the recipient of the bag loved it she had already purchased one exactly like it. ^This meant a return, which could not have been easier. 48 hours and refund on credit card. Outstanding. Will definitely shop here agian.

The only reason I wouldnt use again is because they dont ship to United Kingdom and I had the hassle of organising that myself.

This was one of the BEST online shopping experiences I've ever had. My bags arrived only 24 hours after ordering them and I just got the regular, free shipping. Also, they were much higher quality then I expected to them to be, especially for the price. I would recommend eBags to everyone!

Horrible customer service. I've received the wrong suitcase TWICE now and they won't even send me the return label until the receive the first bag back to the warehouse so this means I get to have the 2nd incorrect bag waiting in line for me to take to the Fed-ex office.  They are now looking into the situation and won't send a 3rd bag out until they are sure it's correct which means I won't have a bag for my trip.  They said their computer system won't allow them to send me the return label until it enters their warehouse so even though I'll be near the Fed-Ex office on Friday I get to be even more inconvenienced. JUST ridiculous. They also told me this morning that they would call me back but when I called for the label the woman told me they weren't going to call me back they would just send the bag when and if it was correct.  GOOD GRIEF, that doesn't sound like any kind of system at all!
