they misrepresent their return policy and are not competitive with llbean/lands end.  they offered me $.01  (that's right, 1 penny) back on a brand new jacket that was never worn b/c i did not have my receipt.  this is a very poor return policy and i would never shop here because of this!  they never offered this jacket for sale for 1 penny but that is all they will return it for, so much for their satisfaction guaranteed!

Placed an order with a gift card. Was later informed the product was not available and my gift card was not credited back. I didn't expect this and was happy I kept my card even though I had used the entire amount. Called # on the gift card, could hardly understand the woman as her English was poor. I had to have her repeat what she was saying several times so I could at least grasp part of the sentence. I informed her of the issue and she sent me to TT support?? When that person answered he couldn't understand why I was sent there. He was great, tried to transfer me to the right dept and I was disconnected. I called EMS # and only then got top notch service. Not a great experience and now I am hesitant on ordering on line again.

I ordered a Dakota 20 and was sent a confirmation only to be sent another email informing me that my order could not be filled. I wasn't happy about it then and I'm not happy about it now.

I received my shoes promptly but had to return them due to size (they fit smaller than my regular size). There was some confusion in the "exchange" but it may have been due to me completing both the return and the exchange sides of the forms (maybe you could indicate it is either or, not both sides that need to be completed if that is indeed the case). Anyway, I received an email that my account had been credited the return. When I called to confirm that if I was being sent the new size, I spoke to Greg (I think) who was very helpful. Although the internet ordering source did not have the size I needed to exchange (they had not previously advised me the size was not available in the warehouse??) Greg located the size in a store and shipped it to me free. The young lade at the store that took my information was very nice as well. Theshoes arrived very promptly. I was impressed with Greg's service. He was very courteous and went the extra mile. Every issue I had was resolved quickly. Thanks!

I have a proble with the direction becuse the direction i ride did not apire in de package completely and is whas a proble to get the package. i got it on time but before sending it, is better to chek the addres before sending any package. and if they send the traking number in a e-mail is better to follow ur order. the number that i have did not work for a complete order traking.

Ordered two BYER Parachute Traveller Hammocks, one of each color. Recieved two of the same color. Two red and Blue. The web site had one that was green and another color that I selected.

EMS had everything I needed, with great prices. Shipping was super fast and even when I had to make an exchange, it was easy, and quick. In fact, I got the replacement item so quickly that it was actually still within the time I thought I might get the entire shipment! AMAZING!
