This company gets an A+ for customer service. Their rep spent an hour with me over the phone and helped me understand what I was buying. After making a purchase I had some more questions and once again Earthtech was there for me through the entire process.

I received my order within 2-3 days and my product arrived perfect! I really had a perfect transaction with this company and will definitely be back to shop during the holidays!  It's hard to find a good online company to buy from these days.

This is one of the first times I've had to return products because they did not work and were not quality -- and this was one of them.  Three of the solar lights did not work at all after 2 weeks, two of the units became completely rusted on top from rain/mist (and these were supposed to be stainless steel).  We purchased 6 units, which qualified for "free shipping", but I see now EarthTech wants to deduct $25 for the "free" shipping when we return these for a credit, although we will be paying for the shipping to return them.  Finally, when Earth Tech issued a return authorization, it stated that the units needed to be in "re-saleable condition" and would go directly to the manufacturer to determine what is credited.   

I purchased a few times from Earthtech Products and they have been the most helpful store I have ever shopped at for solar gadgets.  They really explained to me how solar works.  I was so frustrated in the past going to sites that dont explain this technology good enough but the customer service reps at Earthtech Products were fantastic.  I highly recommend Earthtech Products.  You can feel confident buy online from them.
