Was extremely disappointed in the entire experience. I first ordered 38.00 worth of bull pizzle. The actual pieces were the size of my pinkie or a little bigger and I have small fingers. I then ordered chicken jerky the next day and after findinrout they were from China called back a few hours later to cancel. They said it was too late the order had already been processed. But it's funny that they came in the same package as what I had ordered the day before. Ergo it had not been processed already. I can get the same ingredient (except SAMs does not have sorbital or salt) jerky made in China at Sam's and get twice asmuch for five dollars less. Friendly staff but a total rip-off for product vs. price.

Wish you would use UPS. Heavy package was left at post office not at apt building. I have to walk to post office to pick up. Not good for New York City.

The shipping costs are extremely low and the time it takes to receive the order after placement is under 2-3 days (without paying for expedited shipping). I always recommend this merchant when I visit fish forums online. This is the only merchant I shop when online for freshwater fish products.
