Dr jays offers a great variety of fresh new products that keeps me coming back for more. My shopping experience with them was great. All in all I'd give them a 9 on a scale from 1-10. the site is easy to navigate and they usually respond to email inqueries quickly. I suggest Dr Jays to all my friends.

They customer service is the best. I received my stuff right on time so there was no need for Me to track it. But they didn't give me a trckibg number either.

Know that any online order that you have to return due to wrong size, etc. will have to be shipped back via UPS with costly fees, even if you are exchanging for the same thing in correct size.
When they get the item back, they drum up some bogus excuse why you can't return the item and you will not get your money back or the two times you paid for shipping.
Long story short, I returned a pair of Nike sneakers that were too small. I tried them on in my house when I got them, put them back into the box, and had to go find a UPS store to return them to. Upon receiving them, they said they couldn't take them back because the soles were worn, which they were NOT because I NEVER WORE THEM!!!!! I asked for a supervisor or someone to look at them other than the opinion of someone in the warehouse and they said no, and that I could not speak to anyone else.
THEY ARE THIEVES AND I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I HAD ORDERED FROM THEM. PLEASE LISTEN TO ADVISE HERE, ITS ALL SAD, BUT TRUE.

HORRIBLE!! First of all I never recieved my package from them. When I contacted them about the issue they said the would resend it. It has been 3 weeks of me constantly calling and still nothing when I check online it says pending. Called twice today and it took me flipping out on them to finally say they were going to overnight my package and the some of the items I ordered were sold out but THEY CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT. That is ridiculous because that was their mistake not mine. They also told me if I request a refund I can no longer order from them. Customer Service representative are liar and constantly make excuses for their misinformation. I would definately stay away from their online store.

Would not advise to shop here online. If your shoes don't fit or aren't the right size you ordered they MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING, TAXES, RESTOCKING, etc. ALSO- THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. This is even when they messed up on size orders!!!! Horrible business practices there in my opinion, but I have heard it happen to other people. I don't know how this place gets good reviews. Also, shoes or other products aren't how they appear in the photos.

I'm still awaiting my order paid for from DrJays on the 20th December. At first I wasn't too bothered as I realised it was Christmas and New Year etc so delays happen, i'm resonable.
Then tracking started showing my order was in Germany, so I contacted them asking if they had my address correct and supplied it again. I-Parcel said not to worry it would be with me shortly.
A few days later, tracking says it is in my City, hurray!, but they cannot deliver due to wrong address! I contact I-Parcel, no reply, contact DrJays - no reply, contact them via their various emails and online form... no reply. So basically the parcel is in my city for days now, but they won't deliver it due to a wrong address, yet no-one will resolve the issue, neither the courier nor DrJays. Also, I checked my order and I supplied the CORRECT address in the first place!

HORRIBLE. They took my oney on July 17th. As of 8/1/11 i have nothing. I call and ask and they say sorry that item is no longer available. I ask why they did not refund my money 2 weeks ago then and they said becasue we did not know until i called. So they were never going to send me an item or my money unless i call them. BBB should investigate them. STAY AWAY. SHADY COMPANY. CSR that answered the phone was RUDE.

So i found the shoes I wanted for 40 bux on Jays when everywhere else they sell for 65. paid ground shipping- ordered yesterday...received it this morning. uh-mazing!

I spent $400 on my first purchase.
This included a $50 international postage charge.
Other US Retailers dont charge half as much as this and I usually get my orders within 7 - 10 days.
My order didnt make it after two weeks so I sent an email to customer service.
Three weeks later - still no package nor a return email.
I sent an email again requesting an ETA.
Luckily I received the order a day later, But DrJays didnt reply until they "got word" the order was received.
I spend a substantial amount online weekly due to work commitments, however customer service is number one when I order from overseas retailers due to the higher risk factor.
ALthough I like most of the items received, the lack of service commitment means I will not return and will spend my bucks elsewhere...........where a much lower postage charge has a much faster turn around time, and with a company that values their customers by providing above standard customer service.

Ordered size 9. Shoes came with a sticky paper tag that said size nine. The imprinted size on the sole of the shoe was size eight. They were indeed size eight and therefore too small for me. because of the cost of returning the inexpensive shoes, I have kept them for my daughter-in-law. I followed directions and logged on to the site to make a new order, but of course there were no more.

good experience, but was led to DrJays by Sears for mens short sleeve SNAP shirts and received buttons instead. Called and was informed you didn't have snap shirts and I am now in the process of returning them. I called and was directed where to send them. Very pleasant to do business with. Would shop there again.

DrJays.com is probably one of the best designed, user friendly web sites that I purchase cloths from. Some websites are disfunctional and awkward to shop online with, DrJays is not. The people who design and maintain the website design and functionality should be applauded. The I do not give this pat on the back lightly, and it is well deserved. I will be buying additional products from DrJays in the very near future. The diversity of products is very well represented. I have mentioned this website to several friends, and that is the best advertising for future sales, I wish them well.

I have shopped with Bloomingdales and Neimans and didn't receive the same quality customer service as I did with DrJays. After placing my order, I received a receipt via my email address almost immediately as well as a thank you and follow up email about their servce. To top it all off their prices were incredible. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

I returned a pair of shoes that had dirty shoe laces which I noted on the return form. I had to pay an additional $12 to ship the shoes back and when the return desk received the shoes, they did not note the condition of the laces therefore DrJays refused to refund my shipping. Also, instead of crediting my credit card, they actually gave me store credit!! They did make right on that and are crediting my card, but only offered me free shipping on my next order. Really poor customer service, I will not buy from them again. Buyers beware buying from them if you need to return an item or need help.

I was on-line looking for Timberland boots for my son at a reasonable price. I found them at Dr Jays for nearly $20 less than anywhere else. I ordered them on a Tuesday and had the boots by the next day without paying for premium shipping. They were just what I wanted. Perfect customer service.
