I purchased a dooney bourke leather hobo 10 days ago, after using 1 week the leather shoulder strap fell apart, the stitching came apart and part of the leather strap fell off, called dooney bourke and they told me to take it back to the store, which doesn't have any more in stock, I called dooney bourke back and told them the store doesn't have anymore of that style and was told to spend the money on postage and send it to dooney and they couldn't guarantee a replacement or repair, depends on their opinion, their guarantee is limited.
