HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased 2 items: a pool cover that ripped right away, & a pump that was defective & they refused to accept a return, telling me I could TRY to get my hard-earned $ back from the manufactuer....this company does NOT stand behind their products & I will never order from them again. $200 wasted this year, and $350 last year.

The customer service staff seems to have zero training, as they spoke very poorly to me, AND recorded the conversation without letting me know first.

Horrible customer service. I spent $600 on a filter/pump only to get it and it's been used. There's still water in the filter and it has a broken air release valve. I called and was told to send it back. I asked to have a new one shipped overnight and was told that a supervisor would have to approve that. Was told that the supervisor would call me. Nobody called me so I called back 1.5 hrs later. The new rep told me that they had no record of me calling and that they can't send me a new one overnight. She gave me a FedEx number and instructed me to take it to FedEx to ship it back. 3-5 days for that. Once it's received back, another 3-5 days for a new one to be shipped to me.

Ok, so are my expectations out of whack here? I took a day of vacation to set the filter and pump up and now I will have to wait 6-10 days. What did I do wrong here to be treated so poorly?

Fantastic company to buy from! I purchased a very top of the line and expensive water slide and saved HUNDREDS of dollars off on the sale price as well as the shipping! Customer service was fantastic, even after I received the slide (just 2 days after I placed my order!) I had a few questions about installation and the customer service department was friendly and found the answers to my questions fast! I have since bought other pool products from Water Warehouse through their website and on eBay and have had nothing short of excellent service and products. I recommend Water Warehouse very highly and they will continue to receive my business in the future. One of the best out there!
