after placing and order an waiting 7-10 days, all I received was a cancellation of my order. they just told me they are not comfortable in shipping my order AFTER WAITING FOR 7 DAYS! When I complained, they ignored me. I would stay away.
Will not place another order with them.

Only getting "standard by the book" answers, that arnt even valied for the situation. Dont listen to what customer is actualy saying. I ordered shoes YESTERDAY, had economy shipping for free and recieved them TODAY! My order was accurate, they are the shoes I wanted and they were 15 dollars cheaper at dogfunk and free lightening fast shipping.

Ordered a shoes on 4-01 and got sent a baby shirt. Returned it and I was told that they were out of stock and I would recieve a refund....well its 5-12 and I am still waiting. I got nothing for my money and customer service was rude and not informative. Will never shop there again!

I ordered a Nixon watch from Dogfunk, it came busted.  They didn't have it in stock, but they paid for the shipping to Nixon to get it repaired, at no additional cost to me.  I couldn't believe what great service they had, I will buy again from Dogfunk for sure.

Sad. Dogfunk sold me some skullcandy headphones. I thought they were a great deal until after 3 uses, one of the headphones stopped working.
The cost $24.92 after shipping. 
They processed the return for $17.48, so, I basically got junk and paid for shipping.

I won't be ordering from Dogfunk again.

I'm always a bit leery about ordering things online from stores I've never heard of, especially across the border. I came across dogfunk.com through a search engine when I was looking for a pair of sandals my dog wrecked that I wanted to replace. Dogfunk.com had the most extensive selection of these sandals both color and price wise. Did I mention that they were on sale? I got 4 pairs of these sandals for the price I would have paid for 2 of them in Canada and that is including shipping and all duties/tarrifs/etc!!! I ordered the sandals on Friday and they were shipped next business day. I chose the cheapest shipping method (standard ground UPS) and had them within 4 days! This was probably the most positive cross border shopping experience I've ever had I would recommend dogfunk.com to any canadians thinking about purchasing from them. I will definately buy from dogfunk.com again in the future.

Dogfunk.com is a great website to shop on. I just bought a winter coat from there at an excellent clearance price. I live in Canada which means I couldn't qualify for the free shipping, so I chose the "UPS Expedited" shipping (I did not choose "UPS Standard" because they charge you a brokerage fee when shipping from the U.S. to Canada, so it makes sense to pay a bit more to get the faster shipping that has no brokerage fee) and it arrived 3 days after I placed the order. Placing the order and waiting for it to arrive was no hassle, and a good experience. The coat came exactly as described, in the correct colour and size that I ordered and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. I like Dogfunk.com, and I would shop there again.

Order was shipped immeadiately. Arrived on time. The only problem I had was the interface on the website. A $90 hoodie only had like one pic from one angle. Luckily I already knew what the product looked like. An unknowing customer would have not known exactly what they were buying. Otherwise I was impressed by the speed at which my order was carried out.

Dogfunk had the shoes I was looking for at the best price I could find on the internet or where I live. I had never used their service before, but I would definitely use them again. My order arrived quickly in very good packaging.

FABULOUS site! Super-fast and accurate delivery. Excellent customer service via the online Live Help (thanks Nick!) as well as via phone. I got an amazing deal on the Burton Boots I was looking for--at least 25.00 cheaper than other sites and the shipping was free.

Dogfunk sent the wrong pair of sunglasses, despite getting it correct on the packing receipt. When I called to figure out how to return them , I got half the information I needed. I had to call a second time to get them to send a pre-paid UPS label so I did not incur the cost of returning the wrong item. Oh, and I had to get a refund (which is still in the work) because they were "Out of Stock" on the pair of sunglasses I had actually ordered. This was a frustrating experience and I will not use Dogfunk again.
