I received a very courteous phone call from customer service advising me that the original item that I had ordered online was unavailable, and alternative options were offered. I greatly appreciated the phone call as opposed to an endless exchange of emails. Alternate item was ordered (on the initial phone call) and was received next day as promised. Repeat customer...I will continue using this vendor.
