The only complaint that I have is that I was told it would be a one to two day delivery and my packages did not get here for four days. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The diaper box was also a little dented in but the contents of the package was perfectly fine.

I love diapers.com. They usually have the most recent coupons that are in Sunday Circular on the site, so you can use them. Also, the shipping is so fast! I placed my order on a Monday and the diapers were at my door on Tuesday and I even got free shipping becasue my order was over $50.00. Thanks for the great service!

I was very happy with my shopping experience at Diapers.com. I was not charged for S&H and the items arrived in VERY fast time. I wish I had purchased all the baby items I bought for a baby shower from Diapers.com instead of buying some from another merchant!

Up until this point, I was happy. This order has changed my opinion. It is delayed, supposedly to be delivered today. Tracking still shows it isin California. I think it is actually lost. Probably will not use this merchant again.y

Everything arrived a day early which is great. I have noticed that their prices on diapers have gone way up compared to other sites. I have now joined Amazon.com Moms' club and I will be getting a MUCH better price on diapers by ordering as a subscription. I will still use diapers.com when I need diapers in a pinch but am moving my regular purchase to Amazon.com.

Navigating through this website was a nightmare. I couldn't get back to the page I was on ordering my purchase several times. When I finally did, I ordered the same item 4 times. Getting to the checkout page was horrendous. And then I couldn't easily get to or go back to a page where I could send a note to my friends about the gift I was sending them. The only thing I can say was good was that after I made the order, diapers.com was good about quickly shipping the item. I'm assuming that they received my gift by now, but I can't be sure. I never got a message saying that it was delivered. I won't be back to this website or creating a registry here if/when I get pregnant. Not much was user-friendly about your site. I'd rather show up with a gift at the next baby shower that uses diapers.com. You are too much of a hassle to use and then once you take someone's money, you don't let them know what happens to their purchase/if it was received. Not good at all.

Description of items ~ sloppy. Dimensions were missing by several step stools Bamboo step stool had description of facial cream...?? I decided to call in and ask about dimensions and the new point system. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC !! This is the MAIN reason that I will be shopping at this website again.

I shop with diapers.com a lot, and generally my experiences are good. One thing that continues to happen though, is that they say my order will arrive on Saturday (which is crazy super fast) and it comes on Monday (which is also fast.) BUT, when they promise and then don't deliver, they are building in customer disappointment. If they just say Monday and deliver on Monday, I am both happy and satisfied. They split my shipment into two and try to deliver one part faster, but ends up not really being faster. With this particular purchase, FEDEX seemed to mess something up. It was supposed to come on Saturday, but did not. Checked the online tracking and it said "exception, could not verify address." I called FedEx today and they said that that area is closed on Mondays, and they are hopeful that it will be delivered on Tuesday. Me too! I already had to go to the grocery store to buy a pack of diapers to fill the gap in time from when I expected to have them delivered. Not a huge deal, but not the best experience either.
